I brought my sons phone to the shop over a month ago and they still have not called us to collect it not happy I had to pay a lot of money just to fix the screen

Nice people run this shop. If you have a mobile or a computer they have the experience and the knowledge to repair the item.

Avoid at all costIf I could give zero stars, I would. I took my huawei phone to this repair shop to have my lcd screen replaced. After, I collected the phone and inserted my sim card into the phone, the sim card wouldn't work in the Huawei phone but works in another phone. So I took the phone back to the repair shop but they refused to look at the phone to rectify what damage they had done to the phone, and also refused to take responsibility for any damaged and asked us to leave the shop. The guy was so rude and unprofessional calling me rude for simply demanding my rights as a customer. .when I got home, I called my network provider and after staying with the technical team for a few minutes I was informed that the problem was not with the network or sim card but rather the person who did the repair must have damaged the phone.As for the repair job they did the least said the better. There are gaps around the phone with glue sticking out.Now I'm left with a phone that doesn't work. I regret ever taking my phone for repairs in this shop. Their customer service is next to nothing and I would never recommend this shop for phone repairs to anyone.

At the beginning of the pandemic, when all the European countries took measures to isolate and quarantine, I wanted to send a sum of money to Italy from this store with WESTERN UNION service. international transfer, to my sister living alone with her 10-year-old daughter who had run out of money because the restaurant where my sister worked closed in January I was refused by two sellers saying I did not send from them and I am not registered this in order not to fill in the submission form, they categorically refused me. Until I found a solution to send the amount of money, my sister and niece were left without supplies and without money for a week. Shame on those two employees. Maybe they also have children and sisters or brothers. Thank you

They sell expired product, they wipe of the date after it’s expired
