Great service from Ben, Rose and Silvia throughout the process. Went above and beyond to help. Delivery was within days. Really good showroom with lots of different combinations. Certainly my go to place for tiles now and much better than anything else in the wider area.

The staff in the showroom are extremely welcoming and helpful. They are happy to spend time discussing what tiles are available and will go out of their way to find a tile you may have seen but cannot source. Samples are supplied on the spot or they get delivered to you within a matter of days. It was a rare pleasurable shopping experience. We wish the shop all the best in their new endeavours.

Fantastic experience - I contacted the store via email as we're unfortunately too far away to visit in person. Rose arranged for samples to be sent out, following up afterwards to make sure they'd arrived and then helping me order tiles to complete our kitchen. Everyone I spoke to was extremely polite and helpful, and the tiles are fantastic! Would thoroughly recommend.
