One, of not THE worst restaurants in Walsall. They populate trip Advisor with reviews all done by themselves (they are easy to spot, they all have the same spelling mistakes and are done by users who only leave one review, plus they always leave 5 stars).Learn to spell before you leave reviews.. it might not be such a give away! The food is cheap and I would imagine from Asda across the road. The manager doesnt care if you are unhappy or acknowledge complaints. you have service automatically added to your very expensive bill. The room is outdated and looks like a Chinese restaurant. Its cold, its dirty and empty. You feel undervalued and certainly NOT getting your money's worth. This is possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I wish I had read Trip Advisor first and NOT gone to this place. My advise to you? Go anywhere else but here. MacDonalds looks classy compared to here.

Really lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. We visited for the first time last night to be fully welcome by the really friendly staff and had the added bonus of a live instrumental band. The saxophone player was a really nice touch and really enhanced the ambience. The food was really tasty and the homemade tiramisu was amazing.I am really pleased that we weren't put off by the negative reviews as these do not do the food or the friendly staff justice. We will definitely be back

This beautiful restaurant has definitely lost it's diamond sparkle for us. We went on Fathers day & upon enquiry on the phone was told we had to arrive before 7pm as the restaurant was fully booked with large parties. We had the entire restaurant with another couple for the whole time we were there....no huge parties???? Service was very bland & yes the cheek of it is the service charge is already added to the bill regardless of whether it is worth it or not. Food was lovely but alot less than previous visits. There was a distinct absence of Italian's....chef looked Asian & staff were not familiar with the menu!? To top it off we were asked to pay CASH ....when we advised we wanted to pay by card we were told to go to a nearby ATM. NEVER EVER experienced this before??Very shabby service, no atmosphere, no intentions on returning again after going for the past 8 years.

I went to this restaurant in august 2013. I and my friends visited this restaurant for having lunch. We ordered for it and got it in 15 minutes. Frankly speaking food is appetizing and delicious. The atmosphere in and around is good. Go for it you will really enjoy it.

Arrived at 5pm. Restaurant was empty. First impression looked good. Great decoration, lots of mirrors. They also have beautiful carps in a small pond. Unfortunately the chairs are not very comfortable. Regarding music played there, they have a very nice mixed playlist to attend most ears. The staff are friendly and work very well. The starter, lovely garlic pizza bread with cheese, took 15 min to arrive. For main course I had Polo Carbonara with fries and mixed salad as side order which took 8 min to be served after the starter. This main course was very good. Nothing to complaint. Good temperature, well cooked chicken and pasta, fresh salad, although it could have more tomato, and good fries. Because I don't drink alcohol I can't review their selection of wine , beers and spirits. And because I was full and couldn't fit any more food I will not review the dessert. In general I would say that that I enjoyed myself and had good food and service. Price wise I spent £33.77 (including 10% service charge) for the food and 2 lemonades.

Had a lunch on a bussiness occasion there and enjoyed it. Food was great (I had pasta, of course), ambient was very nice and quiet, but service could have been better, especially familiarization with the daily menu. Prices are ok, all in all a nice restaurant and I definitely wouldn't mind going there again.

heard a tad lot about how food at Little Italy is great. We landed here on a lazy day afternoon, turns even this outlet was feeling lazy that day. We ordered very classic dishes of pasta and some cocktails. None of it tasted good. If you can't get the classics right, I definitely doubt your ability to create newer.since we live in the locality. We had been ordering for almost for 4 years and are not fed up yet! Especially I love their pasta sauces, they are nothing short of sublime! Maybe it is a little bit Indianised

Every time i go back home to the U.K my first night out is always a trip to Sofia's. This amazing Italian restaurant gives you a true taste of Italy with excellent prices great services and the food is outstanding. From the pizza to pasta to the wonderful selection of true Italian desserts your taste buds will be battered and beaten with flavors exploding in your mouth. This is mouth watering food cooked and served to the highest standards and a must try restaurant.

A very warm welcome on arrival. The staff were very attentive and unobtrusive. The food was authentic Italian cooked to order. Our taste buds were dancing with delight at each mouthful. Lovely ambience, looking forward to revisiting very soon.

Booked a table for 2 for Valentine's meal. Problem 1 - when we got there we discovered that it was a fixed menu (no mention of this on their website which had their normal menu to view but apparently it was on their Facebook page!). Wife is a vegetarian so when the manager/chef? informed us that this would not be a problem he would cook whatever she wanted we decided to stay.Problem 2 - when asked what drinks would we like wife asks for a glass of water. We were told there was no bottled still water left only sparkling water - wife would have been happy with tap water and some ice but ended up with an apple juice instead.Problem 3 - the meal was edible however we asked for Irish coffee to finish and was informed they didn't have the ingredients but we could have liqueur coffees. We ordered a black coffee and a Tia Maria coffee. When they arrived they were so weak they were leaning up the side of the cups! We left the coffees undrunk and although when we complained about the coffees we were offered fresh ones we declined. Some people's reviews have said prices were reasonable - judge for yourself if you think that 2 starters of garlic mushrooms, two main courses, one a steak in mushroom sauce with a few potatoes (nothing else) and the other a pasta dish, plus one apple juice and 2 undrinkable coffees for £65 is reasonable. We will definitely NOT be going back. You'd fare better at Pizza Hut! (trust me - the food would be more authentic). I feel sure that many reviews must have been written by friends.
