I 'virtually' attended a training seminar that Lara gave as part of the North East Expo online business event yesterday - she gave an excellent talk showing her tips for keeping on top of a busy email inbox using different techniques in Microsoft Outlook. She's a great presenter, really friendly and was able to deal quickly and efficiently with real-time questions from the attendees in the Zoom event.
