The food was ok. The place looked closed when we got there to pick up the food it was really dark. They dont take card. I dont mind this infact I think more places should take cash instead of card but just letting people know or because the cash machine is quite far away.

Would rather strut through Aldi wearing nothing but my mums knickers over my plonker and my dads worn boxers over my face then get home to watch my grandparents rub oil into each others naked bodies than use these jokers again. Ordered for delivery and paid, to then be told it will take 2 and a half hours for the food to be delivered so I cancelled the order and they wouldn’t refund.

Would give 0 stars if possible.Food was well below average. Chicken balls were the only okay part. Even the prawn crackers were stale.Delivery was over an hour late with no explanation or call to let us know. Delivery driver was lovely but didn't apologise for the delay. No compensation.Don't bother ringing as they won't answer.Won't be ordering ever again.

As a vegan who lives within a half hour drive, I really want to support this place…and it’s plant-based menu…but it’s really quite disappointing. Our recent order included tofu with peanut sauce and tofu with black bean sauce. On each dish the tofu pieces were quite small and there weren’t many of them. There wasn’t much sauce on either dish and the black bean sauce had a quite unpleasant, bitter taste. We ordered duckless pancakes in our online order but these weren’t available so we requested a refund, which was promised but hasn’t yet appeared. We also ordered plain noodles, which were incredibly salty (maybe MSG?) and pretty much inedible. Oddly we received three boxes of noodles, when we’d ordered one, but as they were inedible they went in the bin anyway. We had a previous order from them, which was much better. Think they must be really struggling and they clearly have supply, quality and customer service issues.

Chicken chow mein was WAY too salty like inedible salty, burning my taste buds salty, not nice at all, ruined my whole meal, and plus the salt and pepper chicken was ROCK solid and nearly broke several teeth AND also WAY too salty, seriously let go of the salt a bit, i get it’s salt and pepper chicken but i don’t even know if there was any chicken or pepper in there and my mouth was as dry as the Sahara desert after eating it. ALSO i was greeted at the door, by a VERY miserable man, he held the bad out in front of his face and waited til i took it, once i took it, he got straight back in his car, and drove away, none of the whole ‘enjoy’ or ‘have a nice Saturday evening’ NO. all i got was a bag shoved in my face. all i wanted was a Saturday night Chinese, cant even have that without it being ruined bc of the excessive amount of Atlantic ocean in my meal.

Ordered vegetables in black bean sauce, got beef and chicken in black bean, as a vegetarian that's pretty poor, surely can't be that hard to read a ticket correctly. As I'd worked all day and ordered later, after the lengthy wait to receive, it was just before 10 as we tried to call however they did not answer the phone so couldn't sort out. Left a voicemail but no reply. First and last time trying this place.

Never had such an awful take away!! The frozen chicken balls covered in msg was horrendous. Noodles tasted like mateys wok hasn’t been cleaned for 6 months burnt and under cooked at the same time? Sweet and sour chicken definitely more dog than chicken. Never again don’t waste your money.

Drove out of our way en route elsewhere to come support this vegan takeaway. Whilst food was good, trying to get it was difficult so allow plenty of time if you're going. Lots of choices including nice desserts but it took 1.5 hours to get the food as you can't order in person or by phone (despite having to call first to discuss allergies) and then there was a delay with the online order reaching them. This caused some knock on effects for us so not a great experience for just wanting a quick takeaway on a long road trip although would still try it again someday.

Wish I looked on here rather than only seeing the positive reviews on deliveroo. Absolutely vile. Crispy prawns were completely soggy and completely drenched in oil, prawn toast literally tasted like oil, sauce had oil floating on top and noodles saturated in oil! Why so much oil?! Completely vile, waste of money and threw away as made me feel sick.

Ordered the food on Friday night and after 10 minutes got a phone call from the restaurant saying their only driver broke down and couldn't deliver. I thought this was fair enough and the person on the phone said he would refund the money into my account and apologised for the inconvenience, However... I wake up on Saturday and the money was not refunded! I didn't think much of it because the plan was just to call again that evening and order the same thing.I call at 7pm and place the same order explaining the situation with money and they check and agree no refund was given so agree to just deliver that order and not issue a refund.at 9:40pm (keep in mind the order was placed at 6:40pm) I decide to call because the food is still nowhere to be seen to which they tell me I never placed an order and argue with me on the phone, after a back and forth they see I actually did place the order and they say it's currently cooking still (how does it take 3 hours to cook curry and noodles?) but I continued to be polite and say it was fine and I didn't mind the wait as long as everything was okay. The shop closes at 10 so at this point I lose the ability to contact them. The food took another hour to arrive, The order I placed at 6:40 didn't arrive at my house until 11pm and all I ordered was a beef curry, beef chow mein, onion rings and a bubble tea (which you have to make yourself anyway)The food arrived cold and inedible with thick layers of oil on the top that wouldn't mix in, the onion rings were more like wet yorkshire puddings dipped in oil and salt, the noodles were cold and the beef was tougher than leather. The curry was the worst part which is why I attached a photo.I called the following day since the shop was closed by the time the food arrived asking for a refund which they rejected and had the audacity to say I was to blame for the food being late and it definitely wouldn't have been cold... what????If I could give it less than 1 star I would and I would only recommend eating here if you enjoy being degraded and spoken down to on the phone, like the gamble of actually being able to eat that night or not and have a legitimate death wish. I've seen reviews saying they wouldn't feed the food to their dogs and while I agree I don't think any dog with a nose would eat it even if you tried.I also forgot to mention -- they hung up on me mid sentence.Staff: 0/10 I've never been disrespected more by a person in my lifeFood: 0/10 Cold, Disgusting and a good chance you wont even get itCustomer service: 0/10 Its never the shops fault, somehow it will be your fault the food is cold and your fault the food wasn't delivered in time and you wont be entitled to a refund either because somehow they will find a way to blame you for how the food is cooked as if you're the one cooking it.The place is a joke, you'd get more value for money paying someone to use your tongue as toilet paper because at least you're likely to get the service you pay for and it would probably taste better.
