I have purchased a number of items and have had repairs to several pieces of jewellery completed on time and to a very high standard. I have always been met with a friendly face and found pricing very reasonable too.While Simon Marks are in business, I will never go anywhere else for my jewellery requirements.

I am very disappointed with the level of service I received, I took a diamond cluster ring to them for a modification to the shoulders the work carried out was not finished to a high standard some faint pits in the finish. I didn’t worry to much about that but my biggest problem was one of the diamonds fell out of the cluster this had never been a problem before.So I returned to the shop the stone was refitted but my biggest problem with is the attitude from the sales assistant who told me that my ring was worn and poorly made I found these comments completely offensive as the ring was very expensive and only worn a couple of times....so I will not be returning to this store again ☹️☹️

Today went to collect my chain, which I left to solder gold extention onto gold chain. I've asked to NOT remove gold piece which was on the extention (see photo). But they removed it and I even didn't get it back! Also quality of the job is less than poor. Staff not really nice too

What a lovely business. Came in needing a small repair to my watch, which they did in half an hour, replacing a missing component for nothing! Really friendly with it, too. Recommend.

Just awful. Had several pieces in for adjustments and repairs - overpriced shoddy workmanship on all of them, misaligned fixings, messy finishes, cheap metal composite used - and to top it all off, rude staff. Never seen anything like it. Oh how I miss my previous (retired) jeweller! Now I have to find a skilled jeweller to fix the bracelet these guys have ruined.

Had two rings that had to be cut of as fingers were very swollen.Simon repaired both and increased the shank size to fit correctly.Came back looking brand new with all previous surface scuffs polished out.Highley recommend.

Brought a pair of nice white golden earrings for Christmas but they are not closing good and one of them is a bit twisted somehow. The lady who sell me them told me that I can't return them because they was on sale . I don't want to return them but can you make them to close properly? They not click. And shame that they are very nice and I want to wear them everyday,but I am scared they will fall off and I don't want to loose them. Thank you.

I have used this jewellers to do all my repairs, jewellery cleaned etc for the past 4.5 yrs. They have always done an excellent job and I find their prices realistic. The staff are always polite Keep up the good work everyone @ Simon Marks

Hi, went there today 21/01/2019. wanted a very ornate gold watch strap alteration and needed it for a birthday party tonight. I cannot believe the quality of the work , the fact that the company could see the importance of the work and the impact that without it would mean to me. Went back at 3 pm to collect and was double happy with the price.Totally genuine company .Cheers Dave. P/s the family love it .
