Would recommend booking in advance but they have a great deal of spa facilities and therapies available

First visit but it won't be my last. Booked for mud treatment. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The mud treatment was a lovely relaxing experience. This was followed by a steam room sauna and swimming pool. Pool's not massive but big enough....Afterwards a visit to the hub upstairs for a filling pannini and club sandwich with a beer. It must be lovely when the weather is warmer to sit on the balcony overlooking the tennis courts.Very clean and well presented would definitely recommend

Went today for the mud chamber experience, staff were lovely and welcoming and we left feeling so relaxed and revived. Already planning our return. Thank you.

A blissful spa experience - but make sure you book at the right time!We chose to go to this spa on our mini-moon because we were interested in the mud chamber. I had no idea what to expect going in (for some reason I pictured a mud bath, which this is not). It was a romantic, fun & unique experience. The perfect choice for newlyweds & something a bit different. The staff were polite and helpful explaining the treatment before leaving us to it.I deliberately picked an obscure day & time for a spa trip (Tuesday at 10am). This really paid off! We had the relaxation room to ourselves, we could drink tea & relax in peace. There was only one other couple in the large hot tub as well, perfect to have our own space, in what could be a usually crowed space (after 12 things started to get busy).

Had a fabulous pamper day here, the massages were very good. Staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The spa was clean, relaxing and well arranged. The cafe served good food with a varied menu. Will definitely be back

This is NOT a relaxing Spa.You share facilities with the Local public leisure centre. Changing rooms with screaming children. If you want anything to eat or drink upstairs you go to the public cafe in your bathrobe. More families out enjoying their Sunday. But no carm or quite. Swimming pool small and very shallow. Sauna also small and point less.Mud chamber not cleaned properly from the last clients. Seemed to also be a staff shortage. A total disappointing day. Sorry my son wasted his money.

The spa was great and the staff really nice. Pool was full of kids but you couldn't hear then in the adults only hot tub area. Afternoon tea was awful so just don't get that and you'll have a great day!

What an experience we have amazing can not fault anything staff was good spa was clean hot tub was amazing and relaxing. We choose mud spa and it was so relaxing good with you partner definitely recommended.
