Like a lot of FF outlets one can rely on the quality of the food and beverages totally. So good is this servery, the stock is often depleted so be the early bird if you know what you're after. Outside is a Royal Box from which to listen to the plethora of local buskers.Terrific for collapsing into mid/post shop.

Sunday 23rd October 2022.So, she opens the glass protecting the food.Then, proceeds to spray some chemical cleaner onto the inside of the glass, obviously some will go onto the food!I'd rather not have my steak bake sprayed with glass cleaner!No seating outside!I saw two people eating their purchase siitting outside the shop on the ground!It stopped raining just after midday but the staff didn't bother to put any tables and chairs outside, on what turned out to be a nice, sunny day.Strange behaviour.

It's OK, Gregg's the bakers with no bread rolls, loaves or French sticks. A fast food joint fuelling the nation with empty calories, high fat pastries and boring sandwiches/baguettes. Cheap tea and coffee make it worth the visit.However don't go at busy times as the staff are useless. Today I went in and 1 person serving with a long queue, always people don't know what they want in the queue as well. 3 members of staff checking what was the shelves . Waste of time. Only use when less busy.Update:Waited 17 minutes for a coffee. One poor lad on making teas, coffees, rolls, baguettes and even taking the baguettes to the tables. Food prices go up and staff service goes down. Way of the times I suppose.

Clean and tidy Greggs. Wide variety of snacks on offer foremost among them their veggie sausages rolls ideal for a light breakfast and/lunch. I like their hot food section. Coffee is good. Service was great n staff was caring & helpful so as the atmosphere. Located right in high street is great just next to station.
