The delivery date was accurate as estimated & I couldn't be more pleased with van.I found the whole experience of buying through James a good one as he kept me fully informed pre-delivery & even checked with me after delivery that everything was ok.I have no hesitation in highly recommending UK Vans Direct & will definitely buy from them again.

Very efficient, was slightly concerned and probably overly high maintenance as I had spotted a couple of bad reviews. There was a delay, however a Director took the time to call me and reassure me that the vans would arrive and the delay was down to Fiat at the docks, not UK Van Direct. Was given a new delivery date and all 4 turned up as promised. Would highly recommend.

I’ve recently purchased a Transit Custom from UK Vans Direct and what a great experience, I dealt with Mark from the start and he kept me updated at all times, The van arrived on time and as you would expect from a new van, If I could give these guys 6 stars I would, Highly recommended!!!

Spoke to James, requseted a price and availability for a van, he said he would call or email me next day. Going on the prices on their web site I was intending to place an order. Heard nothing, so I rang and left a message for James. Still no response, rang again and spoke to Gary who said he would get James to call me. Again heard nothing so I emailed Shaun, I think he is a Director. Still heard nothing. What a strange and unprofessional way to respond (or not) to a potential customer. I have placed an order elsewhere.
