I love this shop as the staff are all friendly and so helpful. Last week I bought a new set of Irons and we dealt with Tony he was brilliant very knowledgeable and informative.Always great service at this branch of American golfHighly recommended for any golfer that wants honest and relaxing shopping experience

Sale in small print on electric Power trolley says on till 31st December. Go up on boxing day to find the price has been raised by £100. Staff member said the sale changed on boxing day, when asked about the small print on the sale flyer he was unable to answer.

Great place with the driving range also. Had a custom fit session as looking at a new driver, Dan the sales advisor was superb and soon had me settled on a club which put 50% on my drives! He was patient and very knowledgeable and the service was fabulous. Plus add in the American golf card for special offers and a gift card on my birthday its a place thats hard to beat.

Had a driver fitting with Shaun at EK and it was incredibly insightful. He knows what he’s doing and didn’t make me feel like a club golfer. Very knowledgable and took great care to reduce numbers or increase distance with key changes. Never once asked me to change my swing. Fitted he club around my swing and ended up with the sale for being so good.

The staff in the EK store were tremendous. I brought them real problems with my old clubs needing new grips. They went out of their way to ensure they fitted the gripos expertly. Great professional efficient service...and with a great manner.Thanks
