Kwik Fit - London - Whetstone

Fantastic service. Had my tyre replaced due to a deep gash & the manager recommended a wheel based on experience of quality - rather than just lumping me with the most expensive wheel! - Appreciated this. Also had a great conversation with him whilst waiting - super friendly, would highly recommend this Kwik Fit. In fact I'm going to book my car in for a MOT & full service soon!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Keith at the Whetstone branch yesterday, after an AA man had told me that I needed a new battery. Rather than just take my money, Keith insisted on testing my existing battery and gave it a clean bill of health. Not only that, he pointed out what the probable cause of the issue that I'd had was, which was a lot more than the AA man who jump-started me did!So nice to deal with a courteous, highly-knowledgeable and honest Quick Fit chap. It's restored my faith in decency and I shall now definitely be returning to this branch for all of my motoring needs in the future. Thank you Keith, and 10 out of 10 for customer service!

Brilliant service, efficient and helpful as usual. Arrived just a few minutes before closing at 5pm on Saturday with brake problems and the staff went that extra mile to have a quick look at and Keith let me know the issue. Most appreciated. I have used the Whetstone branch a number of times over the years and they have always been great.

Keith and Gary were amazing in helping me with my blown tyre today. Great service and very good value for money. I also recommend the Tyrecare insurance which is worth every penny.

Needed to book an MOT for my car. Initially tried pro tyre in Whetstone but they’re closed on Sundays so went to Kwik Fit on Whetstone High Street. From the moment i walked in the door, friendly staff members Keith & Natalie welcomed us. Both were extremely helpful and friendly. They kept me updated with any issues my car had during the MOT service and talked me through problems and offered me most cost efficient solutions. It was nice knowing that I wasn’t getting ripped off and paying extortionate prices. They even talked me through my invoice to ensure everything was explained and understood from my end. Fantastic service today by the Quick fit team. My car was recovered to them at about 4pm with a flat tyre, even though they were fully booked they still managed to replace the tyre and all done by 5.30pm. A special thank you to Keith for organising and managing to get it all done so quickly. Amazing customer service

DO NOT COME HEREI came here to see if I could book in for an MOT one of the staff members didn’t even acknowledge me as she was too busy texting on her phone the other staff member he outright said no not until next week which is understandable but there was no need to be so rude about it and there was no need to have such a strong demeanour about it. This place also doesn’t have enough parking for customers which is another downfall.The staff members who were working on the cars were playing such loud music to the point I couldn’t even hear myself think. If the staff were more respectful and weren’t so busy on their phones, then they wouldn’t have lost my custom. Never again Kwik Fit never again.

I really appreciate how they helped me with my VW. My dad took it in for MOT and there was an issue which they happily sorted out even though they were not obliged to in any way, and at no extra cost. And they didn't even make a fuss about it, it was as if it was all part of the service. They went above and beyond for a customer and I really value that. I know nothing about cars , and really do get nervous taking my car in to any sort of garage or repair place. But I will not feel like this anymore, as I shall be coming back here! Thank you Keith and Steve and the lady who spoke to my dad, and to the rest of the team, thanks for making us feel like valued customers!
