Sent a few urgent emails as I am nearly 40 weeks pregnant with really back pain and never had an answer back, not even to say “sorry we can’t help you at the moment”. Clearly lack of professionalism and empathy. If that is how you treat your patients, you have no vocation at all for your career.

I’ve used these guys on several occasions for sports injuries and they have always been super helpful and fixed things quickly.I’ve not needed to wait for appointments, there’s good covid safety and I’ve had several different types of treatment: mainly exercises but also ultrasound, acupuncture & electrical pulses.Reasonably priced & highly recommended for their results.

I waited weeks for an appointment in pain only to find out they booked me with the wrong person on the wrong day. Receptionist extremely rude and argumentative. I now have to look for help elsewhere.In response to your reply, that is a lot of assumptions being made, and we all know what it means to assume. I also feel it unfair for you to bring up the fact I was late for an appointment where I did not get the correct treatment (in fact, any treatment) that I would have been paying for. I would further like to add that what would have been an easy to fix solution would be to to offer me another appointment, for which I did not receive. Having worked in public facing services, I do not believe that any of my issues were resolved, your receptionist pretty much just blamed me for everything, leaving me no choice but to walk out. A new appointment was not offered, 360 foot care have lost an appointment and money, and I am still in pain.

Vicky and Lee have treated me through two hip replacements and have many years of experience . The knowledge and skill they have is second to none and they can diagnose and treat with clinical excellence. I have had Physiotherapy, acupuncture and shock therapy and would highly recommend them

I have been going to Alderbank Physiotherapy Clinic for over 8 years with numerous sport related injuries and I can honestly say the service and treatment I have received each time has been absolutely outstanding.Lee is my go to and he is the most knowledgable person I have ever met about how the muscles and ligaments work in the body. On each occasion, Lee has helped me back to full fitness and I would recommend Alderbank to anyone.Not only is the treatment excellent, however the staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a positive one. In my opinion, there is no better place than Alderbank.

Lee is very good at his job and brilliant at identifying the root of a problem and explaining the best exercises for recuperation. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lovely & friendly staff. I was struggling with an ankle injury for a few months and went to see Lee who gave me treatment on site and exercises to do at home which really helped heal the injury quicker than expected. I would certainly recommend and they are very competitively priced too.
