Came last night for our first wedding anniversary. Fussy eater and can only eat well done meat. All the meat was coming out pink and didn’t want to moan so kept eating from the salad bar until our fantastic waitress noticed and had a word with the manager who had a word with the kitchen and then we had plenty of well done meat coming out. Was very busy so was very pleased she noticed without me even having to say anything. Fantastic service from this lady! She made our night and for this reason alone we will deffo be back. Thankyou

This was my first time going here, I was so excited. We rang to book up and the person on the phone said 8:30 but when we go our text confirmation it said 9 so very confused we turned up at 8:30 which is when the person on the phone said to come and we got turned down even when I could see multiple tables free. We ended up coming back at 25 mins later and finally got seated. Thought it was a bit werid that the text said 9 but the person said 8:30. When we sat down and ordered drinks they took forever to come and the the person with the steak came over before we had even got our salad however as this being our first time coming we had no idea what was going on, to this we just got stared at by two members of staff for a good few seconds before explaining how it works in the restaurant. After this there were MULTIPLE staff members looking over and staring and it wasn’t looking over a checking to see if everything was fine it was proper staring and this just made me so uncomfortable. I struggle with my anxiety when it comes to restaurants and I’ve tried to help that by trying new places but honestly I’ve never felt so judged and uncomfortable in a place did not feel welcoming at all. I had one plate and left, even the waitress was shocked we were leaving so early but I just couldn’t stand being stared at by staff members and being judged, not only that it really put me off my food and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. I don’t get why so many staff members were looking over, but there was a group of them in a circle all talking and looking over so could clearly they were talking about us. I wonder whether it was because we looked young maybe, bare in mind we are both in our early 20s so I really done see a problem. Was so disappointed honestly. And to see our bill was £115 at the end of it i just didn’t see it was worth it at all.

We've went there for a Business Dinner and it was delicious.Every piece of meat we've got was excellent in taste and degree it was cooked to.The buffet with salads and other side dishes has more than enough variety.The staff was super friendly and on track with our drinks.Only the meat skewers could have come more frequently to our table and the grilled pineapple never made it at all. Even though we've tried to get the attention of the guy carrying it.Nonetheless it was a very good visit to this restaurant and everyone of us enjoyed it.Would definitely come back again!

What an amazing experience. The food was lovely and we have been served from Anjali and she made our experience outstanding. She was kind and attentive, always smiling and just such a great person to have around. She even brought a birthday cake with candle for my boyfriends birthday and she was just amazing. I hope we see her again next time xx

It used to be so much better. Firstly we turned up for our booking and they left us waiting for a long time in the bar while seeing to other groups. Only after prompting them did they seat us.We (two of us) were then jammed between two Christmas parties in a very thin aisle. We couldn’t hear each other or even the waiting staff. We asked for somewhere quieter and the answer was no.The table was so tiny we struggled to allow the server to put the meats on plates. One of the servers also was in such a rush that they nearly took our plates with him on moving to the next group.The salad bar is anemic compared to what it used to be. But I actually enjoyed it more than the main food. Very overcooked meat turned up every time.Go to fazenda. Estabulo is catching up on their prices massively with a fraction of the service, food quality and atmosphere in return.

Came here on Friday evening with my 6 year old and partner for the first time and have to say we were all very impressed! The place was relatively empty which was nice and there was no queue at the buffet area. My son absolutely loved this place and said it was the best tea ever! Me and my partner equally agree! The meat was absolutely delicious and the customer service was also spot on! Would highly recommend for families and also for date nights!

Booking through OpenTable proved to be a bit cumbersome, but the restaurant's exceptional service began even before we set foot inside. A quick call to the restaurant resolved the booking issues within minutes, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.Upon arrival, the warm welcome and guidance to our table set a positive tone. The restaurant's atmosphere was delightful, featuring interesting decor and a well-thought-out layout that contributed to an overall pleasant dining environment.The drink selection was impressive, and we kicked off our evening with a couple of cocktails that not only arrived promptly but also exceeded our expectations in taste.Noticing our momentary confusion, a proactive waitress approached us, providing a helpful explanation of the restaurant's unique system. The guidance on navigating the side/salad bar and signaling for meat service with a flipped token added a personalized touch to the dining experience.The sides and salads were a culinary delight, setting the stage for the main event—the meat extravaganza. Every meat option presented was exceptional, with personal favorites being the perfectly cooked beef and steak selections. The quality and taste were exceptional, with each bite feeling like a culinary masterpiece. We were also provided with chips without asking, which was a nice touch.As we wrapped up our feast, the bill arrived swiftly upon request, and the genuine warmth from multiple staff members as we left left a lasting positive impression. Estabulo not only delivered a phenomenal meal but also excelled in providing an overall amazing dining experience. It's a place I'll eagerly return to for another delightful culinary treat.

Been looking forward to trying this restaurant with my friends, finally did in September for my birthday and we weren’t disappointed !
