My wife and I love Skecher shoes so comfortable and stylish. We really like to shop at the Skechers shop in trinity Leeds. Manager Johnny is really helpful and has a great team. Special mention to Vicki who has unbelievable technical knowledge of Skecher shoes. Lovely personality and is so helpful thanks to all.

Very helpful salesperson in Leeds Trinity Centre store. I wanted some clarification on water repellant technology (it is a confusing concept in my opinion as it would be impossible for a shoe to completely repel water) and he wasn't entirely sure either at first but it is commendable that he went to find out rather than make something up on the spot to fob me off. Then went on to patiently collect 3 pairs of shoes for me to try on.

I went in a week ago and a guy with nail varnish was serving myself ( the reason I mention nail varnish is their easily identifiable), anyway he was trying to establish my needs when a older guy came in and ask the lad “I’m just looking today” but can you show me some shoes? Anyway the assistant dropped me and went to serve him.I thought how rude and left the store without a purchase.I bought a different brand for work.

Just bought these 2 pairs of Skechers yesterday (30 June 2021). Vicky the sales assistant was amazing and helpful even though she was rushed off her feet! My only bone of contention was the most comfortable shoes had to be so expensive!!

Was a spacious store to browse, good amount of lighting and chairs to sit down and staff friendly and approachable without being pushy. Ended up looking around and coming back later in the day to get some items for the wife and the staff were really friendly and on point with their advice. All in all a pleasure to deal with.

The lady who helped me and my daughter find some trainers (purple 12.5s) yesterday was very sweet with her and showed her a little cheat for tying laces. Didn’t get her name but she was lovely - thanks!

I can't rate Charlotte, who served me, highly enough, she was lovely and friendly and very patient! She went above and beyond to find the perfect vegan trainer for me, I ended up with three pairs!!
