I have been her many times berfor and the never let me down

My new fave nail shop. Been going to Peonys for about a month. (Alway go in early) the staff are so nice, accommodating, patient and pleasant spirited.Nice clean and bright interior, with a large collection of colours/designs to choose from.I go in with designs and always get what I ask for, they offer suggestions and take their time to do the job well. I get many compliments on my nails when I've been here and will return as long as they remain in business. So glad lockdown is over and it's not in the city centre where you've to pay for parking. You can park around the corner for free behind the uniform shop. Cash only and they have a loyalty card.

Would not recommend this place at all. First time there and would never go back.My nails look awful and wonky. Manager annoyed because I wanted to pay by card, would not even offer bank transfer. They need to step out of the dark ages

I got a full set with French ombréThe man who did my set was very polite and efficient Asked if I wanted a cold bottle of water as it was warm day in the shop I was very happy with them definitely my new nail barRest of the staff very polite and friendly even whilst being berated by a young girl who was having her nails done and was demanding discount….me personally would have chopped off her lovely set and told to get gone

Went to get my nails done and there was a few people. The lady working there was really rude to me and told me to come back after 3 hours. No communication with customer what so ever and bad attitude. Very disappointed because I heard good things about this store.

Amazing at what they do polite an the nails last me till I got my next lot they looked great they take there time on them communication is brilliant they respectful an very kind I was 1pound short an they let me pay them back the next day it was genuinely nice of them to do that it was genuinely nice of them to do that

Worst service ever. Manager and workers have a stinking attitude. They will book you in but then make you wait on top!They refuse to fix a nail that they didn’t do properly and then be very rude about it.I’m a local and thought it would be very convenient Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

Increased their prices without any warning and unwilling to budge. Would have been happy to pay the price without a fuss if they had put it up on the wall that prices have changed.Also they are very forceful with how they handle your hands and feet almost like they are tugging at your body

My partner will not go anywhere else the best we have found well done guys
