So far my experience with the owner and staff are very friendly approachable.

My sister used them. They are slow and expensive and mediocre. God help you if you complain as they are very rude to there customers.

I have used this company for many years from boiler installation, service and other plumbing issues. I have always found the courtious and efficient . Clean and tidy in there work manner . They are not the cheapest but I have never had any problems . I recently had some building work done to house an American fridge freezer and I have been very happy . Advice is always excellent and not pressurised.

one of your work van keeps parking outside my house I have told him many times that he can't park there as it's private property but keeps doing it and blocking my garage door I have put bollards outside to stop this silly parking but he moves them and parks there. He is currently doing work in the sleaford 4 cross keysI have attached a photo where he has moved my bollards and blocking my garage. It really doesn't look good on your company if your workmen don't know how to park the 4 cross keys yard even have parking for him so have no idea why he keeps doing this to wind us up. My dad always comes back from work and end up blocking him in. I hope you can do something as he never seems to listen to us and when we tell him to move his van he acts very rude and not happy I have told him to move his vechile when he is the one blocking my garage!!!! Would seriously not recommend this company. Start the work and then don’t see them again for weeks. They know you will find it hard to find another builder to finish the work they started. My husband is paralyzed from the neck down and having the work completed in a good time frame was of utmost importance. I had mentioned that we may get help (grant) to complete the adjustments needed to support him but that this could take up to 12 months and that we would be paying for the work in the meantime and we were happy to pay as each job was done. Do not trust this company. Darren will promise you anything to get the contract. They took the wall down and said that’s all they would do until we got the grant. That’s it for 12 months? I constantly stressed the urgency of this work being done to accommodate my husband. Neither will they provide us with a certificate for the building work completed or give details of the surveyor used to calculate the steel joist needed to support the wall despite numerous requests for this. Emails are ignored constantly. They just don’t reply. They have left us with no choice but to take further action

They started some work for us but never completed it. They ignored my numerous phone calls. They kept promising to phone back but never did. It caused us significant disruption. In the end we had the water booster pump (which they had unnecessarily installed for the previous occupiers) removed.

In desperate need of advice and quick fix to a problem I had.From the first phone call to work being done I was more than impressed.They kepted me informed when they could visit the plumber they sent was very helpful and kind I very rarely leave feedback but feel that others need to see that good honest tradesman are out there.

Great service, friendly staff that go out of their way to accommodate customers. Have used them to service my boiler for years, never any problems.
