When I started with Jay, my confidence in the gym was low. I was clueless about proper technique, had no grasp of what a healthy diet was and just had no motivation.Jay took things one step at a time with me. First by getting me into the gym and teaching me the right technique. Then by introducing a structured diet to follow. After this came the biggest challenge/achievement, quitting smoking after 5 years of 20 a day which I always thought was impossible. I’m looking forward to what I’ll achieve with Jay between January-December 2024.

Jay's online coaching program has been a transformative experience. As an already somewhat experienced gym-goer, I had hit a plateau and began to lose confidence in my training ability as a result of the lack of progress. However, Jay's program helped push me forward again by expanding my knowledge of training, not just in the gym but in my lifestyle as a whole.Jay listened to my goals and personalised the program to address my specific needs, focusing not only on training but also on diet, sleep, recovery, stress and time management etc. Jay's expertise, clear communication, and constant, easy to reach support, were invaluable throughout the program. Under his guidance, I was able to make more progress in a shorter timeframe than I had done since I started my fitness journey. I have been on Jay’s online coaching programme for a year now and it has honestly been one of the best things I’ve ever done. Before starting the programme, I had limited gym and nutrition knowledge but Jay has been able to guide me through the importance of technique and provided me with effective nutrition targets through gaining and fat loss phases.Throughout the year, Jay has always been there if I had any questions, whether this was for exercises or what I should be eating in the different phases. Being online does not mean it is a less personal style of coaching, quite the opposite as there are weekly check in’s, group zoom calls and he’s only a message away.I can’t thank Jay enough for everything he has helped me with over the past year. Jay knows I love to complain about exercises that I do not like or when he suggested removing crisps from my daily lunches. Targets that were set were sometimes challenging but never unrealistic.Jay’s programme has given me confidence and I am so happy with the results I’ve gained from it!

With an office job, my activity levels had significantly reduced over the last number of years. I started to notice that this was having a negative impact on my body and overall general fitness.I had tired to make changes myself, but ultimately was unsure what needed done and why. Therefore, I reached out to Jay for help, guidance and accountability over 18 months ago.From the start, I indicated that I didn’t want a quick fix or that I had a particular short term goal to meet. Instead, I wanted to learn how to build long term habits that would be compatible with my current commitments.I always knew diet was really important, but I was unsure how to implement techniques to track and understand what the data was showing. With Jay’s coaching I was finally able to understand how to track my diet and leverage it. Furthermore, I was able to develop the habit of following a consistent diet and training program to achieve my goal of a long term healthy lifestyle.18 months may seem like a long time, but looking back it doesn’t feel that long at all. Within that time, I have successfully achieved my goal with the patient help of Jay. I would highly recommend Jay for his professionalism and helpfulness. He’s not bad crack either!

I started 1-1 with Jay back in March of this year lacking confidence and feeling unhappy physically. Jay helped me with a plan that was sustainable and enjoyable to follow with an app that has everything in one place, making life so much easier for keeping accountable. Prior to joining the program I had zero gym experience and the thought of entering a busy gym gave me anxiety thinking 'how could I possibly fit in’ but with the help of Jay and a change in mindset I quickly adapted and before long I was able to complete workouts alone. I had absolutely no clue what my journey would look like but trusting the process I listened and applied everything Jay said and now seeing how far I have come and the results I have achieved just blows my mind, I don’t recognise the person I was 7 months ago! This is only the beginning, I can’t wait to see what more we can achieve in the months ahead!

Started with Jay end of September/start of October last year - was in a bit of a rut, couldn’t really get any routine going with training and not really knowing much about nutrition.Wanted to sort myself out and get back into a good routine, along with Jays extensive knowledge on training/nutrition as a whole to get into better shape.I’d never done a proper bulk and cut before and Jay made the whole process over the 10 or so month’s unbelievably simple. The main thing that helped throughout was the accountability factor of having to train however many days were set, and eat your set calories/macros. Was almost like a game in the app so was actually quite enjoyable. It made me be disciplined, organised and have a good routine going with good habits.A few months in, Jay had recommended a photoshoot which I was a bit unsure about to start but it proved to be even more beneficial. Having that end goal to work towards even on the days when you’re less motivated was great. Kept me going and kept me in a good mindset, and the experience of the photoshoot was great - not awkward, very natural and the photos turned out great. Overall something to look back on and be proud of to have achieved, and to continue on with the habits that I’ve built after the programme with Jay.Massive thanks to Jay for helping me through the whole process and getting to where I’m at now. Couldn’t have done it without him! Definitely recommend anyone thinking about it, to just go for it!

Came to Jay in a rut with low confidence, looking to get back into routine with good habits implemented back into every day. I joined Jay and his online programme in Jan 2023 before joining I struggled with injuries and my weight and I can’t recommend Jay high enough. Jay has helped increase my confidence and knowledge within the gym and also gave me the accountability which I needed.
