Aw, really lovely place, with top class and friendly service. We rented a little boat that was just right for leisurely purpose to explore nature water reserves. We had a incredible time, thanks for the businesses like whispering reeds. I felt that it was worth come to this place even a bit further away. I could easily see that it could be great few hours spend in outdoors with a family.There was enough space for parking and a little clean outdoor toilet. Not luxury but we were there for experience something new.

Great place to take a boat out from. The friendly staff helped us out and set us up with one of their half deckers and we spent a lovely day out sailing on Hickling broad.

Rented a boathouse for a short family break. The stay was comfy if a little dated, but it added to the charm. We also rented out a six seater diesel day boat .

Really lovely! We had a sail boat and then a canoe (because our 6 year old decided sailing was not for them) and we had an amazing time.

Lovely little beach area to get onto the boats and kayaks. Just a shame the pub is closed at the moment, so make sure you take food and drinks with you. There is a public toilet in the car park.

Hired a couple of two seater canoes with friends. Friendly owner explained the basics and gave advice on where to paddle. Great fun!

Very friendly staff, took a launch out for a tour of Hickling Broad. Very reasonable hire costs and virtually straight out from the mooring onto the broad. Better than at Wroxham. Recommend it as a day out. Ours was a bit windy and overcast but that couldn't ruin the experience but made captaining the boat more fun as we avoided all the sailing boats enjoying the wind across the water. p.s. Neighbouring pub is good too.

Great day out, had a day boating, very friendly staff, the boat handed the best out of the other 3 boats we had that week, the wildlife and being on the quiet side of Potter Higham Bridge what fun.
