After a recent failure with an important HDD Dataclinic recovered all of my files and delivered it back to me early. The staff are great and very informative.I would definately recommend them if you lose your data and, in the nicest way possible, I hope I never need them again.

scammers ....do not believe them they just ruined my doner and main disk just for £100 .after getting money they e mailed me in just 10 min oh we cant recover this so sending back but they are steal parts from my doner drive both oped.not recommended them..... be aware from scam .

I have contacted Data Clinic as my device stored important information after my device has giving up on me it was important to me to retrieve these. Michelle has pick up my inquiry and was dealing with me since. She explain how it works with regards pricing and retrieving these information and how they can help me.I wasn't hopeful but not only i received all my information of my device (iPhone ) I have restored phone again. Before I contacted Data Clinic Apple has told me my phone was useless and cant be done. Data Clinic has done it and it is possible.Michelle was amazing she dealt with me from 1st point we spoke over the phone initially. After via message I appreciate her quick response to me and making me feel I was the only one in the world with a problem. We didn't need to speak on a call rest of my inquiry was dealt via IMessage and I felt it was best quickest way for me as I don't have time making calls during day.Michelle was absolutely amazing she is understanding, kind and she definitely make you feel you are the only one with a problem in the world her customer service is best I ever dealt with she is definitely valued by me as a customer. Fantastic company. On the first call Steven took time to explain to me their process to recover my precious photos from my salt water damaged iPhone. He went through the various options and then followed this up with a detailed written quote. He then helped with more information for my insurance company.Once I decided to go forward with them there brilliant communication throughout and every file was recovered from the phone and returned to me in less than a week.This is a professional company who know exactly what they are doing and have the very latest technology. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Amazing! Data Clinic first recovered thousands of photos from a EHD I had damaged badly. They saved all the memories I thought I had forever lost last year. A year later, this week, they fully recovered data from my Huawei mate 20 pro that was water damaged and therefore not working at all. It was done with ease, clear communication, and done so fast. No bull, they answered all my questions straight up, as always, Data Clinic never fails me. Wouldn't recommend any other company, this is the only one that I can trust with my personal data and to be honest with me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I decided to go with Data Clinic to recover data on my external HDD, having phoned a few data recovery service providers, mainly as they were the most friendly.99.99% of my data was recovered so I am very happy with the service provided, it's exactly as they have laid it out on their website. Eg I was sent a directory list of all files that had been recovered before agreeing to pay for the service.I received the damaged HDD and recovery one the next working day after payment, and I was happy with how it was shipped, see photos.Only complaint I have is that I wasn't made aware the London office is a virtual one, so when I dropped my HDDs off, I didn't package them up. I would suggest this is made clear, so that anyone dropping devices off themselves know to package. Because of this my laptop bag has been lost somewhere.But overall very happy and I would recommend.

I contacted data clinic after a drive failed and I was unable to access files. I was contacted promptly and guided through the process as well as the costs which were clearly defined. A quick collection service was organised and then a diagnosis and extraction of my files, I was kept informed at every stage which was very impressive. The turn around was prompt and good value for this service. Most of my files were retrieved which was a huge relief. Thoroughly impressed with data clinic, I wouldn’t be put off by the negative reviews, I would have no issue recommending this professional company.

I rarely leave reviews. On this occasion though I feel a review is important. I kept all my photos - on one hard drive - Years worth of photos - the kids, my Dad who passed away a year or so ago. I used the drive frequently and it always worked. I went to back up the drive- (ironically) and the drive failed. I can’t describe to you how distraught and stupid I felt at once for not backing up sooner.I really wanted the only copy of my photos back. I found Data Clinic on line- I was concerned about data theft, by unscrupulous companies I have never heard of and being ripped off. Also there are self help tools available but I was not confident enough to use them without screwing what data I had in the disk up.After calling Data Clinic they were professional, Knowledgeable and understanding. They made me feel all was not lost (without over promising). Cost options were explained. Expensive yes- but expensive is proportional to the situation. I felt this company was the best chance I had of success. So I went with it.They arranged shipment, recovered my data, and shipped my drive back. Fantastic service. They could have charged me more for repairing a “physical” drive issue- but they didn’t it was a cheaper logic issue.I was so impressed. So to conclude - back up your data - but if you find yourself in the similar situation I was in and feeling distraught and stupid- you won’t go far wrong by using data clinic you won’t be disappointed. If they can’t do it you will know you gave experts a chance that do this all day everyday.

They do not do 'no data - no charge', so they are milking whenever they want or too busy to charge and bump off.Hence after I was charged by Data Clinic and returned no data but the iPhone apart and dismantled, Yes - they do not care to put things as they were sent to them neatly, I found the company that guarantees no charge if no work delivered.For me it was the experience to learn do not trust before parting with the money unless they put the money where the money is - demand the guarantee or simply waste your money. But Data Clinic will bump you off if you demand a guarantee before payment.Hopefully i helped despite the apparently numerous fake reviews, unless someone coming to them not having read the forums what they can do themselves. In my case the phone did not start up beyond an apple logo on iPhone, hence needed a data recovery centre help and any software access did work. I guess all Data Clinic do is rely on the software access tools and then DATA CLINIC IS NOT A DATA RECOVERY CENTRE full stop.FAO: Data Clinic, no need for the canned reply, the trust in you is lost. A seller who grabs money without any promise, Yes the diagnostics will cost you after they pull the fluff into your ears, DO NOT TRUST.

Totally saved a broken hard drive for me. Outstanding communication. Successfully recovered 1.TB of data.Lesson - only use solid state drives from now and back up in more than one location!
