I contacted Britannia from seeing an online advert. They recovered my damaged car and gave me a replacement taxi plated BMW (credit hire) to drive the next day which I kept until I was paid out. They handled all aspects of my accident claim professionally and ensured it was a smooth process. Cannot thank them enough for their assistance and will definitely recommend and use again (if needed).
