Avoid at any cost.1. Cost is 30% more than screwfix. e.g Pumbing T here is £7, Screwfix the same at £3.4 and many others.2. Terrible customer service. Extremely arrogant and bunch of lazy, angry and illiterate people running the store.If you ask for help forget about it.3. Returns are painful. Overall very very unprofessional service in uk.4. Use Selco, Travis, Toolstation. Much professional service there.

A superb place which is highly recommended. Polite and efficient... far better than Wickes (which is really only Travis Perkins anyway). Give these guys a try and you will receive great service plus building materials that have probably been on the shelf minutes not months!!!!!(That is very important for plaster)It's packed out with Trades in trucks and vans in the early mornings but eases off throughout the day....this in itself tells you quite a lot.

When customers are told not to bring anything back and you agree then you shouldnt go back and your luck.The customer below only had a bad experience because he couldn't take in the fact that it was agreed no more returns but then turns up a week later for refund on paints which was purchased over a month. Use your brain mate.

Horrible service. Rude, arrogant and unable to assist. Had damaged materials delivered, wrong size materials delivered, and unable to come back and collect materials. Not going back anymore. Very poor service. Uncooperative. Unwilling. Treat customers like garbage.

Very very poor customer service. Don’t take anything back even if they promise you before buying that apart from power stuff they will take other leftover stuff. Bloody rude manager. He has no manners how to speak to their customers. Very bad experience.
