Ed was able to come and assess the tank really quickly and managed to book us in the next day to complete the job. He communicated with us all the way through about when he would be able to arrive etc. His calm and friendly manner put us at ease. The price he charged for the work was clear and good value. We would recommend him without hesitation and will be asking him to service our boiler from now on!

Ed has repaired and serviced my oil boiler for several years and has this week replaced the oil tank. He is professional, reliable and his work is reasonably priced. I know he will come when he says he'll come! And he explains the work that needs doing and bills are itemized. The tank change over was a bit tricky due to the location but he had sussed out how to do it beforehand, and was very tactful with my neighbours with whom I share access. If you need an oil heating engineer I recommend Ed Roberts Ltd

Avoid at all costs! Not unless you like to be messed about by someone who ultimately will never be able to fix the problem. Ed failed to turn up on no less than 9 times over a four month period to fix my range cooker / boiler. As he repeatedly promised he would come and so I did not feel the need to find someone else, but in the end he just ceased all contact, even when I offered him to just name his price. I have now found a competent engineer who has advised that the bit of work Ed did do, was unnecessary. A complete time waster.
