Purchased a Maze flatweave rattan sofa set in 2017.After 3 years i noticed some splits, but didn't think too much of it. Since then the rattan on the arms has literally broken into pieces. It is just brittle and falls apart.The whole set has always been covered during the winter, and in all honesty, hardly been used. I can only put it down to poor quality flat weave rattan (in my opinion not fit for purpose).I understand the Maze warranty on the rattan is only 12 months, so no point going back to the retailer regarding this issue, however, I thought this issue should be brought to the attention of future purchasers of Maze products.

So disappointed from start to finish with Maze. First delivery day they didn’t even arrive although given a time slot of 6.30-9.30pm. No phone call to say it was being deferred. Maze aren’t open at the weekends so had to wait for Monday to call. Phone lines say they open at 9am but still had answerphone saying they don’t open till 9am at 9.30am? Was told delivery drivers had to abandon truck as one wasn’t feeling well. Rearranged for the following Friday. Thursday arrived and got a txt for delivery for Monday. After much huffing and puffing from customer services girl was put through to Jayde who arranged for delivery Saturday and said she will be on emails Saturday evening and would give us a courtesy call to make sure it was ok. Saturday came and parasol arrived broken. No courtesy call from Jayde and no reply to emails. Had to constantly ring for refund, which we are still awaiting. Also promised a B Bulb light for the bad service but nothing. Just such a shame. Bit of good old customer service wouldn’t have gone a miss. Looking at reviews it looks to be the same problems a lot. Happy to discuss on the phone.

We ordered a patio furniture set in early March and expected it for delivery in late May. We were delighted when it arrived early, in late April - however, there had been a mix up and the wrong colour table top had been packed (an error in the factory, most likely). This was obviously frustrating, and given the timing coinciding with a lot of bank holidays and increased sales at Maze, it took a few days to get through to customer service. However, once they understood the issue, they very quickly ordered the correct tabletop and not only delivered it in mid-May (still beating their original delivery estimate!) but also arranged free installation by the delivery drivers. We really appreciated the customer service, and love our new patio furniture which is good quality and looks great!

We ordered a garden sofa set in November last year. Half of the order was faulty and we arranged for replacement and collection of faultt ones. It is now nearly June and we just keep being fobbed off. Appalling customer service, will never order from Maze Living again and will be taking this further if we do not receive the replacements very soon.

We spent a long time researching our garden furtniture, it's not cheap so it was important to us that we got the right product. I found Maze Living when searching other websites as Next had shut down there site and I have to say I have been really impressed, not only were they cheaper but they delivered quickly in comparison to other sites, the service was very good from placing the order to delivery. We bought the New York corner sofa in the end and we love it! Above all I was most impressed with the quality of the furniture itself, it surpassed my expectations completely, the frame is sturdy and looks really premium and the cushions are very plump (I saw from reviews on other sites that this is sometimes a problem). Couldn't be happier, would recommend to anyone who's looking to buy new garden furniture, the quality is well worth the price tag.

Whilst my main furniture order has arrived, and it's great we love it, I also ordered some cushions and a cleaning kit and there's no sign of those. It's been several weeks now of trying to get into contact with Maze and they've been unresponsive. You expect when you're spending thousands of pounds with a company that they'd have good customer service, but not so here!

Amazing product and first class customer service from Maze Living. We ordered Maze Rattan - Kingston Corner Sofa Dining Set - With Rising Table and banana parasol at the start of January for delivery on the 11th May. The furniture arrived on the 7th May, so ahead of schedule and looks amazing. The quality is amazing, carefully packed to avoid any damage during transit and the sturdiness of the cushions is just right. A small challenge with a few of the cushions was resolved seamlessly and in record time with replacements being sent through. I would thoroughly recommend this company who I had no prior experience with but chose based on customer reviews - they have certainly surpassed my expectations and gone above and beyond! Thank you Maze Living - we adore our furniture which has made lockdown that little bit more bearable! Joanna

After a lot of research into garden furniture, we decided to go ahead with the Maze lounge outdoor fabric pulse dining set as it had everything we were looking for- waterproof fabric, a corner comfy looking sofa, a dining table with a gas fire pit and the colour that matched our existing swing set. The range of choices on the website is amazing and i literally could not look at any other website after finding this one. Even better was the 7-10 day delivery time quoted and the free weather cover. Plus they had all these really great accessories like the grill plate to go on the fire which was perfect as we don't have a barbecue and i don't plan on getting one either. Once I placed the order, I was amazed when the sofa set was delivered in 5 days, beating their own quoted time! Im so glad we payed for it to be set up. The man who delivered was very efficient in putting it together and took away all the boxes. He also was kind enough to explain to me how the fire pit works. Also, he placed the sofa in the best alignment for my garden (as I realised later after moving it around rather than taking his advice and leaving it where he had set it up!). Was well worth the extra.I ordered the accent cushions which were expensive but are apparently weather proof (time will tell). I thought I would get three but got 6 instead! have put three away incase these get ruined!Overall, the sofa set is certainly expensive but well worth it in my opinion for the quality, service and aesthetics. It looks fabulous and I cannot wait for people to come over! I did do a cheeky test of the weatherproofness of the fabric by pouring a bit of my tea on the fabric- it just beads up and i just wiped it away. There was no stain left.There was a free standalone light that comes with this order which the delivery man said will come later in a separate parcel and I ordered 2 more of those cause they looked great in the picture. Will do a separate review of this.I would highly recommend buying from this company and will recommend it to my friends as well.

We have ordered outdoor furniture almost a year ago. Delivery was prompt and very smooth. Not longer after furniture was set up,we have noticed the table was damaged. We contacted Maze Living and their initial response was very prompt confirming this was manufacturers fault and the table would be replaced in about 12 weeks.We contacted them 6months later with no reply,then again a month later - no reply. I have even contacted them from the different email address hoping that would help to pick up on communication but had no reply! Although delivery was very smooth and the quality of furniture is great (despite faulty table),poor communication and hiding under the leaves after concerns being raised I would not trust this company again.
