Lucy has been doing my hair for years.She always listens to what I want and advises me on the best way to achieve it. She always takes great care and plenty of attention to detail. My hair always looks and feels so lovely when I leave the salon. It’s a very enjoyable experience going to see Lucy. Especially now she’s in her fab new salon, where everyone is very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Nikki and all the girls in the salon are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are amazing at what they do, and take such pride in their work. Nikki has done wonders for my hair, wouldn’t go anywhere else. The salon is beautifully decorated too. Overall I would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely experience at Root with Holly, she was great at understanding what I wanted and considering the integrity of my hair. We used olaplex in the service which I’d highly recommend when colouring your hair. Holly was completely fine with me styling and diffusing my own hair also, she even provided some sulphate & silicone free, curly girl friendly product options they had. The salon had a nice vibe, Holly listened to what I wanted & was lovely, as well as a great colourist. Her highlighting technique was impressive and my colour looks so natural. Holly even gave some of my ends a little nibble trim, as I’ve been cutting my own hair for years so it’s easy to miss some curls. Thank you so much, I love my colour, my curls are still great and I’ll be back ☺️So pleased to have found a great colourist in Norwich, thanks Holly! xo

Ric Collis is fantastic! I have been going to Ric for 18 months and he does a wonderful job on my hair, both colouring and cutting. He really knows his stuff and has given great advice about how to care for my hair and what looks best, and now my hair looks better than it has ever done. I always have the best time with Ric and I always leave feeling and looking my best self. Truly recommend!

Had an excellent experience- Ric has cut and coloured my hair for a few years now, and I won’t go to anyone else! Great cut and colour every time. Also great advice on taking care of your hair and maintenance. Always warm and welcoming, friendly and easy to talk to. Happy to take your lead on conversation, and won’t push you to talk if you’re not feeling chatty that day. Ric always offers me a few options to choose from and I’ve never been disappointed.
