Purchased my kitchen and all appliances at Bradford Canal Rd Howdens. Leah and Team were absolutely brilliant so accomadating. I changed the design 3 times and was always felt so at ease, Leah just wanted us to be totally happy with design. Quality of kitchen is excellent. The Oven was out of stock Mark the manager was so great at organising another after discussing with me. He took care of delivery in time for the fitting. I would recommend Howdens without hesitation and I will definitely be purchasing from them again. A great smiley customer service and stress free project.

Got a kitchen from this firm some years ago never again as if you need spare parts etc .you have to get a builder to get anything you require what a load of rubbish you paid for the kitchen why should you go through a builder will never recommend them or ever buy a kitchen from them in my opinion the kitchens look good new but after a few years you will notice the poor quality and you can better kitchens for less money

The only place to go for all your kitchen and internal / external doors. Knowledge staff and service is quick. Usually call and collect my order within 30 minutes if items are in stock.

Firstly, much of the experience with Howdens has been very good. The kitchen designer was pleasant and professional and their joiner/fitter was very high quality. However, we ordered their 'own' brand (Lamona) appliances and the hob is just awful. With just soapy water and cloth it has marked and the pan stands have discoloured. I initially contacted Howdens in November asking for a replacement and offering to pay the difference in cost. I was ignored or fobbed off until today (end of March) and finally told that no replacement would be offered and any issues caused were our fault. Therefore, I'm now in the process of reporting the issue to Trading Standards and pursuing mediation in the claims court. A shame, because it could easily have been 4/5 stars, but it just feels like they have deliberately obfusgated on this issue, to avoid having to do anything.

Kitchen fitter asked us to go look at kitchens at Howdens. Staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Offered to get stock items.out for us to look at and 'feel'. Items felt good quality.and kitchens looked nice and felt good quality. Although showroom items were not a full range...they felt good quality.
