Michael is very friendly and professional. He provided me with good advice and done a very good job replacing my electrical board. I would definitely recommend him and will be using him for any future electrical work.

The guys hardwired our garden room for WiFi and lighting, they put in a board (I am not very tech savvy!) they also put Ethernet and improved the main house’s wi-fi (my boys always moaned about the wi fi- SKY just sis what do you expect with up to 27 devises potentially utilising it!)….now we have full house coverage. John and the guys are a mix of both professional and genuinely nice people. They care, indeed we have had support calls just to make sure everything ok, plus’s they can monitor the service if needed for continual performance. Micheal and his team (Harvey and John) did a great job in identifying the problem with our CCTV DVR and installing a new CCTV DVR to replace our existing CCTV DVR which broke down. They installed a mirror light in one of the bathrooms when asked to install as well. Very professional and highly recommended, will love to use their services in future.

The engineers arrived at pre-agreed time and we’re polite, professional and left my home clean and tidy. Contacted JAF electrical and Michael was just superb, came in the next day and sorted out our issue very quickly and efficiently. I was surprised with the team that came and the low cost of the service, took the matter seriously and managed to resolve my thermostat issue under 20 minutes however stayed for over an hour to make sure it was all working fine, running tests from the central heating and also my phone. All in all will definitely contact them in future for any service we need! Thanks to Michael and the team
