Great service from Elegant Radiators. I ordered a towel rail for my bathroom and like a fool I got the measurements the wrong way round! I emailed them and by the end of the day a replacement was sent and arrangement made to collect the wrong one! Really impressed and quality products.

I am so impressed with the service from these guys. I took a radiator off my bathroom wall on Sunday afternoon only to find I had a problem with the brackets and fittings. WhatsApp Messaged elegant radiators expecting that someone would get back to me Monday. Within 10 mins not only did I have a reply but they found a radiator that would fit the exact existing brackets. All done within a few days. So impressive.

Absolutely amazing to deal with. Chatted via whats app and he was quick to respond and answered all questions I had in a timely and expert manner, this really helped with my decision making and feel I now have the right product.Shipping was tracked next day, which is always a bonus, we all want our orders as quick as possible these days.I haven’t received service like this for a long time now. I also got a cheeky little discount. If I could give more than five stars I would as I was given 5 star plus service.I would and will happily recommend Elegant Radiators, I highly doubt you will be disappointed. A++

Exactly what I wanted. Measurement, style, and quality. good heat output to warm the wetroom, as well as drying the towels. Overall really pleased. I would happily recommend to friends. Delivery was free and the radiator arrived within a few days, just in time for my builders to fit it.
