worst ever they were supposed to give me an infill glitter look which on their price list says £25 but instead charged be £35? but thats okay and they kept bending my fingers and when i tried to save my fingers from being broken they just gave me a dirty look also there are so many flies around also place stunk even made my slushie taste bad eugh

Bad customer service they charged me £30 while I waited for 3 hours or so. I asked for Almond shaped nude nails and they gave me a crooked Almond shaped nails with a dust pink. I was disappointed and they were rushing me and making faces talking in their own language. Complaining their back hurts.

The lady who did my nails was very nice and they were really polite and nice much recommend✅

It was indeed a lot of money for just a set and a bit of polish but it is also very worth it they are very friendly and make sure your happy with your nails would recommend

Nails were okay, a bit overpriced for what they were. However, I was accused of not paying in this shop after handing over cash waiting for my friend. Told them to check security footage and the till and they did not. The woman who I paid told me I didn't, after trying to remind her several times. Actual disgrace

Ive been using this shop for 3 or 4 years. The service and quality of nails were perfect. I would never go anywhere else.For the past year since the other staff seem to have left the service and quality of nails has gone downhill. Nails are rushed and staff can be quite rough. Theyve also changed acryllic powders, which are low quality and makes the nails look bumpy n horrid, my nails used to stay on for over 6 weeks, now they barely last a month. Prices are different each time too. Last set of nails i had done 2 months ago was truly horrid, to the point i had to have them all redone again the next day. To see how quick this shop has gone downhill is quite sad really cos it used to be a brilliant shop. Im at the point now im actually looking for a new place to have my nails done.
