Called to book my Seat in for its first service. All service advisors were busy so my name and number were taken and I would be called back.That was last week...Still no contact. Obviously I have taken my business elsewhere.

Had my first service on the car i bought from them.The booking in service is excellent with follow up text and emails to book drop off etc.

I have visited Coupers in St. Albans before and had my service done.Visited recently for a pre warranty check as part of the all-in package which costs £800 which includes services etc for 2 years.Was told it cannot be approved until I had my shock absorbers changed which costs around £1000 as they are “misting”.Had it rechecked by an independent garage who advised they were bone dry with no oil leaking.I then visited Seat in Hatfield who advised that general misting is expected and should not stop the all-in package being approved. They rechecked it and found no misting and mentioned it was bone dry.Did not expect such unprofessional/unethical behaviour and will not be returning and will be advising all others to stay clear.
