Linthorpe Beds

So 7weeks ago went into Darlington store , dealt with Heather regarding some wardrobes , they had to be ordered by a supplier they use so the order I was told would be 3 to 5 weeks ? On week 6 still no wardrobes? Contacted the shop and spoke to 2 people on separate days regarding where are my furniture I was told twice I would get a call back the same day ? Nothing no call at all , I then went into the shop and luckily Heather was there , she was absolutely shocked herself that I hadn't received my wardrobes she even phoned the supplier to find out what was going on ! Was told they would be in store and delivered to me that week , however now waiting another week takes it to 8 weeks for my wardrobes to be delivered!!!! I know people will be thinking cancel them ! However I really loved the style colour ect off them , Heather was absolutely amazing and was doing her upmost best to sort it out ! She is not to blame however my opinion is get rid off that supplier they are rubbish no communication at all . I have given 5 stars only for Heather, s help and support

We bought a mattress on Thursday 13th April from the Darlington store where we were greeted by Tara (senior manager) who was incredibly helpful and courteous throughout our visit whilst my partner tried MANY mattresses, nothing was too much trouble, we were then joined by Keith (owner) and Heather (store manager) who assisted in our quest to find the perfect mattress we eventually purchased. Our experience in store was further enhanced by the staff members courtesy, enthusiasm, respect, can do attitude, an amazing sense of humour, (later shared with store staff member Terry who was also very charming and charismatic), we could go on but suffice to say that we have not experienced such attributes coupled with the utmost professionalism by anyone in any domain to this level, they truly are a remarkable credit to the company. I returned to the store on Friday to pick up the mattress to be greeted by Heather in the same friendly and couteous approach she had shown the day before and again, she went out of her way to assist me with the mattress, along with Ant (floor salesman) and Jack who works alongside Gill (another highly thought of member of staff) from the Finance department who carried the mattress to and into my van for me, just impeccable service.We walked in buying a mattress but would have happily had a sleepover! A long review this may be, but so well deserved. Thank you all so much, we will give you the highest recommendation to our friends and colleagues and we would certainly buy from you again.

Amazing service in the shop from Heather, she was very helpful and honest in helping me choose the right mattress for my needs. I had a range of mattresses proposed that would fit my specific requirements and I was offered to lie down and try them out in the store to find which I liked the best and was comfiest. These were all in different price brackets to help find me the best match for the right price that I was happy with, I found the right one and took it home with me the same day as it was vacuum packed in a bag! It's now been two weeks since I got this and I am over the moon with the mattress, I haven't slept this well in years! Thanks Heather!

Absolute first class. From the moment of picking, on to confirming and then delivering and they building. They met every point that they said would happen and delivery came even slightly earlier then they had said in the first place but everything was arranged through calls and texts which happened when they said they would. Polite service and am so glad we went this way instead of complete blind buying. Many thanks to Linthorpe Beds.

Bought a bed frame and mattress about 8 weeks ago, when delivered the foot board was damaged and the response we got was (can we send you a touch up paint pot!!!! No you can send a replacement foot board) I could not believe after spending so much money we would get that response. Well 6 weeks later and we are still waiting for a replacement foot board.Really not happy with the level of customer service will never be using them again or recommending them to anyone.

Have to say a first class service from linthorpe beds Darlington. No pressure to buy but very helpful staff. Delivery was well within the 7-14days. The delivery guys were fantastic. I’m afraid I didn’t get their names. Assembled the bed and took away all the packaging. Absolutely recommend them. Thank you.
