I had a radiator replaced by Kenny and he has done a fantastic job, very neat, very clean work - he even managed to replace the wood plinth cover intact. He was extremely professional and efficient, a credit to the company, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this business to other customers.

Initially there was an issue where there were delays for someone to get our boiler serviced and clock mechanism replaced. However, John was helpful, got back in touch with us and then communicated regularly with us up to the clock being fitted.

We had had a lot of difficulty getting our shower fixed after moving into our new house. The previous plumber came three times and failed to fix it. John came and diagnosed the problem and it was then fixed first time. An associated problem was a terrible whining noise when using the shower, this was diagnosed as a problem with the kitchen taps and has gone away since they were fixed. While Kenny was here he also replaced a knob on our boiler.The three employees we have had contact with have been friendly, helpful , skilful and knowledgeable.We had some problems with waiting times, but I believe that was more to do with the availability of parts than with poor scheduling.I don't think they are the cheapest, but worth it for the peace of mind that you are getting a professional job done.

Can not say enough good thing about these folks. They accommodated our tight scheduling request. We had two wall mounted toilets that were coming of the wall. They fixed the problems, retiled the area in a very professional and courteous manner. Would only use them for any plumbing and heating needs in the future.

£85 standard call out fee prior to any work being performed. Had to repeatedly be prompted just to provide a time or date for attending the call out. Figure invoiced for a 20 minute, very simple job, with no parts or tools required, was excessive (£102 and this was not for providing 'out of hours' services).A video was sent in advance, clearly showing what the problem was.As a result, I would strongly advise going elsewhere. At the very least, ensure a quote is provided, in the first instance.
