John came and did some work for us removing an old extractor pipe and putting a new tile in and replacing some missing undercloaking. He was professional and friendly and completed the work quickly and at a very reasonable price. He also advised us that our ridge will require some remedial work in the next year or so, and we won't hesitate in inviting him back to complete the work for us when it is time.
