Mark and Co are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. They've always shown the utmost care and attention to our dog and always go put of their way to help with any problems we've had. An excellent vets, that I'd happily recommend.

Super friendly staff - from the ladies on reception to vets and veterinary nurses. A great independent veterinary practice - thankfully not needed their out of hours emergency service, nice to know they are at hand and have their own in-house equipment and lab.

I have recently changed vets and me and my partner are so amazed at the level of professionalism and care from this practise. I wish we made the move sooner. Our woof Rocky has just had a leg surgery and they have been so good to us. Highly recommend. From the receptionists (who is always enthusiastic) to the nurses and the rest of the team. Excellent vets went above and beyond to save our little cat with FIP and have always been excellent with our 2 dog's as well.

On Sunday (03/09) early hours of the morning the worst thing possible to a dog owner happened, he jumped off the bed and was screaming, I knew something bad was wrong,I rung around to all different vets trying to sort something out.Ruby, who said it was her first out of hours weekend was my god send. Although not able to see me on Sunday ( I had managed to get an appointment at another vets before they could see me so understandable)She rung me multiple times throughout the day when she didn’t have to, advised me what to say to the vets I was at, arranged for an appointment for painkillers on Monday and surgery on Tuesday at your practise,Without having ever seen my dog before.Ruby is an amazing credit to your team!! I left my vets heartbroken, devastated and feeling like they didn’t care about any of the animals they saw that day including my own, but a lady on the phone offered reassurance and resolutions,I can’t believe how above and beyond she has gone for me.Even calling me this morning (4/9) before her shift ends, calling the other vets.Sorry for the lengthy email, but I cannot stress how much this women has helped me over the weekend, although mine and Peanuts journey is far from over, I feel at ease I’m not with the right vets and people,I am truly so so so thankful Ruby and the team for fitting me in.

We have a very nervous dog. Since changing to South Moor Vets, he is getting his inoculations with no problems. They are very professional with an excellent price point.Would definitely recommend them.
