North London Cat Flap Fitter - Dog Doors

Just had these guys round to my North London home to install a cat flap, can only say what a great service and price. Highly recommended.

I called numerous fitters for my cat flap. This company is by far the best and at a great price too. Jon came to measure up and did the fitting. Superb service! 10/10

Very disappointing experience. I arranged a 7:30am appointment to have a cat flap fitted last Monday morning. The fitter had not arrived by 8:45am, nor attempted to get in touch to explain that they were running late or would not be coming. I attempted to get in touch with the company several times that day but each time it went straight to voicemail. The following day the officer manager returned my voicemail to apologise and said that it was out of character for the company to miss an appointment and explained that there had been something wrong with the telephone lines the previous day. I therefore decided to give them another chance, and arranged for another 7:30am appointment this Monday. Once again, the fitter failed to show up without attempting to get in touch. I had to chase them up for an explanation - but they were not even able to provide one. A huge waste of my time (and I still don’t have a cat flap!).

Brilliant service, very friendly, quick and efficient, would definitely recommend! Cats are very happy, thank you!

Managed to get a cat flap fitted on the same day I called! The man was friendly towards myself and our cat. He worked quickly and tidied up after himself. Highly recommended if you need a cat flap in North London.
