Laser Clinics UK - Luton

Results are not consistent, I’ve only had 2 therapists that have actually taken their time when doing laser treatments and had good results, the other people I have had have been really quick to get the laser done and the results have not been good. It’s a shame you can’t chose a therapist to stick with and have someone new each time.They are also really strict with timings I have arrived 1 minute late to an appointment once and was denied service. Although I have sat and had to wait over 20 minutes before to be seen by them when they run over.Overall I wouldn’t recommend results aren’t consistent and the couple good therapists that took their time for lasting results have left. It’s also a lot of stress taking time out of your day to make an appointment to be denied service if you are 1/2minutes late (I’ve never known anywhere to not give at least a 5 minute grace period).

Have had a number of Laser hair removal sessions at the clinic, friendly staff, great atmosphere & clean premises. An all-round professional service, highly recommended.@Angelica thank you for the great service you are a true Legend!

I had a very good experience in Laser Clinics Luton. My skin has been looking good ever since I've started to get Hydra facials and brilliant tips from the lovely staff. Although I would recommend them to do back facials. Overall, amazing experience. Thank you

So everything was going fine but i had a reaction to the treatment so they said we cannot take it forward and they would give me a refund so just had one session and whoever talked to me said I’ll get a full refund etc. So had to call 3-4 times and they would say manager would call you etc but didn’t hear anything back from them. So i called again and then they sent a refund of 1,350£ where as i paid 1,630.90£. So i emailed them didn’t get a reply so i kept calling and they were like managers gonna call you we don’t know she deals with refunds etc but still haven’t heard anything back from the manager. And even if they were to charge me for the one session they didn’t notify me whereas they said I would get a full refund. If they were to charge should have been clear about it but its like we’re playing hide and seek. Literally not worth it a lot of people had warned me but i still didn’t believe them but then all this happened even though I’ve been an easy going customer they still decided to do this. Be aware guys!!!!!!!!!

I have had four sessions now of micro needling done for my face and the staff have always provided first class service. I’ve booked for my next session. Aimee was brilliant and all the staff listen very well as I can’t lie down flat and are always accommodating and making me feel comfortable. Always giving me great advice so thank you and see you next month xxxx

I had a great session today with Nafisah! It was brilliant. She was very accommodating and made me feel super comfortable. I had a few questions and she and she resolved my queries with ease.

Went for my laser treatment today and met lovely Nafisah who took care of me and talked to me throughout the whole session which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. I always have great experiences whenever I come to Laser Clinic UK Luton and will keep coming due to their amazing professionalism. Can't recommend enough.

I’m about half way through my laser treatment and started to see results from the first session. Nafisah is brilliant and able to converse naturally ensuring I was at ease throughout todays session. She is great with tips and advice and nothing is too much. I would strongly recommend Nafisah for laser treatment if you want to be 100% comfortable and ensure great results!

I recently tried a laser treatment at this clinic and I have to say, I was really impressed with the results. Not only was the treatment relatively painless, but I also noticed a significant reduction in hair growth after just a few sessions. The staff at the clinic were also incredibly professional and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone looking for a safe and effective way to remove unwanted hair.
