Fantastic service from start to finish.Excellent customer service too.I would recommend this shop to anyone . Our order came early and Jack rang me straight away to say it was on its way.When my order arrived it was packed beautifully and we were so chuffed with the quality. One happy customer!

We had been looking for new lighting for a room we just decorated and these had just what we wanted.We were in Scarborough for an event so these arrived on the Tuesday after ordering with delivery to our home. Excellent delivery and product at a reasonable price.

We came across Lightbox by chance when visiting Scarborough and were drawn in by the attractive look of the shop and the lights inside. Jack was friendly, professional and helpful and we bought two light fittings, one table light and one standard light which he arranged to deliver on a date that we asked for. The lights turned up on the appropriate day but the standard lamp was faulty in that it was slightly misshapen at the top and looked odd. Jack apologised and immediately arranged for a replacement which turned up a couple of days later in perfect order. First class service and performed in a friendly way. The lights look great and we will definitely visit again when back in Scarborough and check out the website for future needs.

Beautiful good quality lamps and great customer experience! All my queries were replied promptly and my orders arrived very quickly. One of the lamps we received was faulty and we were sent a replacement free of charge. Will buy from them again

Sadly the light I ordered was temporarily discontinued by the manufacturer. However Gwyneth has been chasing them multiple times a week, and now I have a new delivery date.Above and beyond service like this is so rare, and I hugely appreciate it!
