Highly disappointed as Majoroty of Islamic Banks only offer New House Finance for first time buyers with House value over 300K GBP. And Minimum loan amount should be 200K and Period of deal should be aa high as possible 35 years.Higly disappointed as in my case Property value is 220K and needed loan less then 100K GBP.Highly unfairly inflated rates as well & no early repayment allowed and cannot pay in full in any case with them throughout the deal period.Infact the deals are designed to get high loan ammount and longer periods.On the other Hand, Conventional Banks,want to1.Lend me as low as 50, 000 GBP for House finance.2.For shorter deal period as low as 5 years.3.For any House price as low as possible.4.Upto 10% of actual loan amount to return every year without any accruing charges.5.There is also a provision of early redemption but with charges existed.6. One Conventional lender also give provision to return as much amount as they can in any single year without any occuring charges.So Conventional Banks are eager to help me to turn into houseowner as quickly as possible but Islamic Mortgage providers are not interested in help of this kind at all.Highly disappointed and Very unfairly & justified.Thanks
