Bought a new build from these guys, had a few bits to be fixed a year ago. Still waiting on some things being fixed. If you ring their office they will go on I thought that was done. The showers weren't sealed properly so they leak. There's a cover missing from air vent outside. Covers not screwed down in back garden. All of these were listed on the form I handed to them when buying the house. They did come round and fix the big issues (after slot of phone calls) but the minor thing which have now became big things were ignored. Have resulted in fixing things myself as its faster. Have to say all workers and staff were polite enough. Wouldn't advise buying a newbuild unless your prepared on doing finishing touches yourself.

Have not got one good word to say about this company. Bought a house off them 19 months ago as the lady below stated we also had a number of issues one being a massive drop from our house into the neighbours house. Was fobbed off until we got NHBC involved. 19 months later and still waiting on the tarmac on the main road into housing estate and footpaths to be brought up to acceptable level. My 17 month old son has now tripped and fell over these twice and we were told it would be fixed months ago. Office staff is rude and not nice to deal with once they have received your money. Foreman fobs you off and as for the owner well that's a whole other story.

I recently bought a new build property in Tandragee that was built by Conlon Homes. I had no issues during the process - Louise couldn't have been more helpful, and Paul and Pat on site were always happy to facilitate visits to the house and to answer any questions. The house was very well finished and I recieved a professional handover. Most issues noted since completion have been handled swiftly, there are a few things needing done to the site but I believe these will be completed to an equally high standard. I have been very happy with the experience in all.

Andrea and Louise in the office have been very helpful both when I was moving in and with any extra help I needed after the move. Barry the foreman was also a great help and sorted any issues I had in the house and garden. Davy done a great job with my patio and garden shed
