Absolutely wonderful experience buying from AB Dealers. Terry and Anna were fantastic, the car was prepared and everything was a smooth transaction, even the bothersome paperwork went by without a hitch and they offered extra services (5 day insurance, extended warranties) with no pressure to buy. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable, would recommend in a heartbeat.

We bought our Audi A3 from AB Dealers a few months ago. I waited a while to leave the review in case anything cropped up with the car but everything's been perfect - the car itself was exactly as advertised and AB agreed to replace a few items prior to sale during negotiations. Customer service was great and we were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend.

EDIT:After I left this feedback I received email from the dealer that they will seek legal advice and they are accusing me for false statement.but we have report from independent garage that dealer is fully responsible for the repairs and yet they still refusing to do itthey keep blaming us that we broke the car, but report states clearly they are responsibleWorst customer service experience ever.We purchased car from them and very soon we started to have problems.After doing only 600 miles we had to replace the battery and had service light on the dash. We tried to solve that problem with the dealer but all we had in reply was excuses We purchased proper recommended battery and had invoice as a proof but dealer claims they spoke with Peugeot and we put wrong battery even if we sent them invoice that car has now correct battery. but that was only one of the problems with a car. At the end we took the car to 3 garages to do diagnostic to prove our rights and car has electrical issues for over £1000.Buying car from this company only caused us stress and problems instead of enjoying our car, not mentioning money we had to spent.

Exelent service! A lot of variety and they were very knowledgeable. Everyone was super friendly and really helpful,made me feel respected as customer. I’m not an expert with cars but they made sure I understood everything and at no point were they pushy.I was given plenty of time to make my choice.Overall amazing service and will highly recommend them.

All the staff was helpful at the beginning, they tried to help me first six months after I purchased the car.But unfortunately service was not good enough. The first day I bought the car, it started to show warning about engine performance. After that I went to ab dealers many times which is about 26 miles and they couldn’t fix my problem. I paid lots of money to fix the problem to volvo specialist in another city.Also the light-washer was broken when I bought the car, and it was glued to front bumper. They have replaced the part with different colour part but there are scratches on the car now because of previous glued part.Since I had a company car now, I want to sell my car and contacted with them if they can buy the car back. But I couldn’t get any reply back.Update: 1 year after I sold my car and during the inspection, they showed me the bonnet has been replaced and front bumper has been painted. It has been told me that car had never has an accident before. So I uodated my review from 2 star to 1 star.

We test drove a car that needed to have work done, therefore agreed to wait to retest drive a few days later in good faith. When we were sent a message stating the car was ready we arranged to come again within 24 hours of the message and just as we were about to leave I received a message stating they sold the car to someone else (no doubt for a better price/ package). I was very disappointed as trusted them as a family run business and stupidly listened to their word when they reassured us they would keep the car for us after works were carried out.Poor service and very disappointed as we were nothing but patient when the car had warning signs during the test drive and we waited for car to be fixed as agreed yet they obviously thought more about the money than their word.

I came back again and I wasn’t disappointed. We bought one car a few months ago, but came back for another for a member of our family. The experience was great again and we were offered a better warranty options at great price.

Cannot rate them highly enough! We were having to upgrade to a bigger car as our family expands and I found AB Dealers by chance online with the type of car we were looking for. Anna was extremely professional on the phone and booked us in to view the car and followed up with a text message confirming (please note they are in Feltham not St Albans!) It is a lovely family business with a really nice feel to it. We did not feel pressured into anything and were given as much time as we needed to look around the car by ourselves but they were always on hand if we had any questions. I noticed the water wasn't coming out on the back windscreen and they fixed it immediately for us. The day we came to collect it, AB Dealers took it to the car wash for us, checked tyre pressure and spent time going over the car and answering questions we had already asked but they were extremely patient with us and let me take it on one last test drive before paying. They also have mechanics on site. I would highly recommend. Thank you Anna and family for being so patient and thorough!
