Three Joes Sourdough Pizza
We were looking forward to try their sourdough pizzas, but it turned out to be really disappointing. The dough was unpleasant, the pizza was really oily and the cheese had a strange aftertaste. The children's menu had hummus as starter, which is an acquired taste and not ideal for most children. The staff was friendly, however the services was really slow. We arrived around 3 pm and even though the place was not busy, it took about 38 minutes for the drinks to arrive, and another 10 - 15 minutes for the pizzas to be served, bear in mind that both were ordered at the same time.

We came to this restaurant last year and it was great, the Christmas pizza was nice and the service was good, so we expected the same this year and we’re left extremely disappointed.At first we were told to sit at a table that was hardly even accessible, so was extremely awkward to have to move a table and shimmy myself in without trying to disturb a lone diner.We then ordered and service was a little slow but we just thought this was due to them being busy. We received our Christmas pizzas; which took half a hour to come and were basically a normal pizza with cold Christmas sandwich toppings on top and didn’t receive the side we ordered. We tried to grab someone’s attention but we were unsuccessful and we’d almost finished our pizzas so just gave up.Once we’d finished our pizzas, our plates were taken away and the staff member didn’t ask about the deserts, so we assumed within the next 5-10 minutes we would have the deserts we ordered. We waited 20 minutes and the staff at this point had started cleaning tables and bringing out other tables food.At this point we had been in the restaurant for over an hour and had to leave for an appointment, so asked for the bill and had to ask for the deserts to be removed as we had not had them. This was then when one of the staff members told the kitchen not to bother with the deserts… 25 minutes after we’d finished eating.We wasted over an hour just to get an alright pizza and a drink each, never known anything like it.

The review that I have put o has been removed, so will mention again.I am immobile and needed to use the toilet. The lift to the toilet doesn't work. I asked a member of staff how long it had been Out Of Order? She said a few months! This is disgusting whereby you do not provide facilities for the disabled! This is a law requirement!Please don't take this down again. The disabled need to know that we are being discriminated against!

I have to say, I didn't want pizza to begin with. My daughter and I are vegetarian. There wasn't a lot of choice. My daughter went with macaroni cheese (I hate) the only other vegetarian option apart from margarita was buffalo mozzarella. When it came (the buffalo mozzarella) it was absolutely soaked, pizza dough was raw.. you couldn't cut it with the offered pizza wheel, certainly wasn't easily eaten with a knife and fork. When I complained that it was raw.. was told it was meant to be a'' wet style pizza' was offered a margarita instead, but declined. Was left with cheese topped potatoes. Which were actually frozen diced potatoes which are actually gross. I've worked in catering since I was 12. Appalling.

Pizza soup..Service was brilliant, great atmosphere (the place was so quite I was told I could sit while I waited), colouring in for the kids but the pizza was more of a soup. Nothing stayed in when pieces were picked up.

Amazing as always! Loveliest of staff, lovely atmosphere and just fantastic food. Would really recommend the brownie, it’s served hot with ice cream. Also the margarita pizza is fantastic

Food was alright but service was terribly slow for a half empty restaurant.Had a single 'share while you wait for your pizza' starter, empty plate sat there for 35. Grabbed the waiter 40 minutes after finishing the 'while you wait' to be told they don't put in the order for mains until the starter had been taken.Took 1hr30 from sitting down to receiving a main, minutes to. All in all 1hr45mins for 3 plates and 3 drinks before we got a bill.Wouldve been in and out in less than half that time for nandos which had a line to get in.
