I came here on the 30th of November at 6.29am in the morning, bought my items and paid by card, while the sale was processing the bar tender started to serve other people, not an issue, but clearly distracted himself from the job in hand as once paid he told me the sale had not gone through, so I was told to pay again, which I did. He messed up my order and also the next 2 following customers orders had discrepancies also. Once at my table I checked my online banking, 2 payment for the same amount pending...when I returned to the bar I told the staff member my issue and he said don't worry it will bounce back...fortunately I requested a receipt at this point...which also seemed to put out your staff member. Well...luckily I did as guess what.....you've now got 2 payments made by me for the same product. You charged me twice and now you ow me money. After numerous attempts to call you, mail you and zero ways to make contact...I'm left here on Google, leaving you a 1 star review. Someone needs to contact me ASAP before I go through the bank to retrieve my money then find all possible locations on the Internet to tarnish your behaviour via reviews.

Our flight with delayed 5 hours. Charlotte and Ethan made out experience at the airport so much more enjoyable having to wait this amount of time. They were pleasant, warm friendly, nothing was too much for them. In fact, we feel I need a promotion!
