Doesn’t even deserve one star. Not impressed at all. Booked a taxi for 12am and it turned up at 12:30, when I messaged the company to see where they were there was no apology whatsoever even though they were in the wrong, also no answer for ages which was worrying.if they apoligised and said they were running late or something it would be a different story. Such a shame as the actual taxi driver who picked us up was lovely. Left outside freezing for half an hour to pay for a taxi that was late and no apology

Used them twice for pick up or drop off coast path walking. Very pleasant on the phone and in the cabs. Driver took the trouble to phone twice when delayed by previous job. Definitely recommended.

Lying controller who then became rude and defiant.Very sad with the service. An apology or a phone call to explain the delay would have sufficed but to make me feel like the awkward customer was harsh.The concocted story to explain why the taxi had gone to the wrong address was unbelievable then to blame me for being rude myself.So sad!

I spent ages yesterday morning, trying to arrange a six seater taxi to take us out for lunch for my granddaughter’s 18th birthday.Finally I got a positive response from Wembury cars who arranged it for us.The driver turned up punctually, and as it was pouring with rain, came out to hold an umbrella for us. What a gentleman! He was professional, polite and friendly and the charge for the journey was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend and use again.

Booked a cab for this evening for one of my staff to get home from a remote area. I had a reply on email confirming as that's how they said to do over the phone. And yeah no driver has shown. So as it's so remote it's almost impossible to get another taxi on a Sunday evening.

I’d broken my leg and needed a taxi service - Jane was wonderful. She arrived in good time and looked after me so well, helping me with shopping and seeing me in and out of the car. I couldn’t have asked for better and wish I could give her six stars!

5 stars for Sharon who ferried us and our forgotten luggage on three occasions in 24 hours and offered to help again later in the day if needed. Arrived promptly every time and very friendly. First class service.

Absolutely amazing service, they really went above and beyond to help my friend and I. We were stuck at Bovisand beach at 9pm, every other company said they wouldn't pick us up because it was too far to drive and then we called Wembury Cars and everything changed. At first the wonderful Tracie who answered the phone didn't say yes but they promised they would do there best and 30 minutes later we had a call from one of there drivers called John who came to get us 10 minutes later. We really can't thank them enough, we were facing a very long walk through pitch black country lanes to get back to Lipson road in plymouth. Without them we'd still be walking!!
