Awful service if you want photos developed was told it would take 2 weeks, a month later they’re still not ready. Neither has any of the staff contacted me to explain the delay . Wish I had gone elsewhere.

Owner of the shop is friendly and professional.Helped my mum get her passport done where the post office had failed, O2 even took a picture with a smartphone?Can't fault the service, speed and price.Highly recommended.

The only bad thing about my visit was the parking. As a disabled person could not park out side shop so had to do a bit of walking.Very helpful lady. She was very busy. The shop is very small so more than 3 people and you are standing on people’s toes. She delt with everyone efficiently. When it was my turn she took me step by step through the WiFi so I could take a picture off my phone. She showed me designs and gave me ideas to help with my order. Printing done in minutes but decided to call back to give time to print. When I went back was busy again but as soon as she saw me she finished dealing with the customer she was helping and gave me my order so I didnt have to wait for those in front of me. Definitely recommend this shop.

Just been in to return a parcel to Amazon, normally go here to get my pictures printed, the staff in here are always great especially Jeanette, always a big beaming smile, nothing is too much trouble always helpful advice, got a lot of choice around where I live and online, can't beat having someone helpful around,

They were amiable. Helped me to sort out an issue with my infant's photo. They tried several times patiently to get his correct picture.

I wish I could leave no stars. I have just been in with my son to get passport pictures. My son is 8 months old and has down syndrome. While the lady was taking his pictures she said to my child what is wrong with you... he was looking around at everything it was sensory over load for him.he wouldn't look straight to the camera. What baby would. Me and my husband said it wad fine any picture would do. The lady working was very snotty and rude. She was horrible to another customer in the shop. When that customer left she tutted at him. I don't know why but je didn't do anything. She Is honestly really upset me and she is disgusting

9.99 for 4 passport photos and for a copy on a pen drive. Seems a little steep. You can now use your phone to submit your picture when renewing your passport on line. You need to find a flat plain white wall and avoid shadows on your face and on the wall, which can be a little difficult. The rest of the online application form was really simple.
