Delta Bikes

Having spent a good amount of time researching which bike would suit my needs I decided that a Whyte bike ticked many boxes. Their website indicated that they had the exact bike I was considering in stock. On speaking to Jon over the phone I felt immediately reassured that he could help me with both the sale and after sale care. He was extremely knowledgable about the bike I was interested in and I decided to buy it safe in the knowledge that he would be able to help should there be any issues with it. Jon set up and prepared the bike really quickly and personally delivered it to me within 2 days. In addition I earned a decent amount of store credits to spend in their shop and get a complementary 100 mile bike service too. As a small independent business owner myself I wanted to buy from an independent bike shop as I know how important customer service is. I would wholeheartedly recommend Delta Bikes to anyone looking to buy or service their next bike.

Have had 4 bikes from Delta over the last few years - ranging from children’s, to top-end eMtb . Service has always been outstanding. Very customer focused, ensuring that you get exactly the right bike for your needs - with expertise to fit the right accessories properly. And if later on there happens to be an issue it’s dealt with immediately and without quibble. Recommend unreservedly.

Great service.A few months ago, DeltaBikes had the bike I wanted in my size. Jon sourced and fitted the extra bits - no pressure, listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions, and built up the bike.And today, carried out the first service, and helped with some detail fitting adjustments.

Kiwi cyclist visiting, needed a floor pump for front wheel pressure. …. I was also lost! Couldn’t be more helpful , pump, directions, friendly…. Everything an excellent bike shop should be… thanks a million!

Outstanding service from Jon at Delta Bikes. Great selection of bikes especially Whyte which i had had before and really rate. I love my new Whyte bike and Jon was very helpful in setting it all up ready to go. The personal service made all the difference and made the purchase so easy. Highly recommended.

Brilliant bike shop. Very knowledgeable team. Never any pressure but always find a way to make it work & deliver what is asked. They’ve looked after my very beaten up trail bike & kept it going. Since then I’ve now bought 2 bikes from them.

Have been using Delta Bikes to purchase bikes, accessories as well as maintenance/repair of bikes for a couple of years and they are fantastic. The customer service I have received has been outstanding. All staff are incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. The shop is a hidden gem and stocks a fantastic range of products at competitive prices. Would not go anywhere else Superb!!

It's tempting to buy a bike direct to (potentially) save a few quid. But then you miss out on the fantastic service and after sales support you get from your local independent bike shop like Delta. Delta not only spent time with me setting up my new full sus MTB, they also sorted a few unexpected post purchase teething problems (due to the manufacturer, not Delta) quickly without any fuss. The whole experience of buying the bike was spot on and I’m VERY pleased with the bike. Thanks Delta!

Been to a fair few bike shops, including those with cafés and the like, and this one is definitely the best. The people at delta bikes are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have. Importantly, they are also pricing common products like inner tubes really low which is great for your average consumer.Visit here for a great, local bike shop.

Outstanding workmanship and customer service. My bike has been running a lot smoother since I’ve been visiting. This shop has been my go to for a little while. They also have in stock the items my bike needs to be fixed, no matter how obscure. On point every time.
