WARNING!!!!!! 2 MONTHS IV HAD MY PARROT AND SHE HAS JUST SUDDENLY DIED!!!! .. IV JUST UPDATED THIS POST TO RE WARN PEOPLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MY KIDS ARE HEARTBROKEN!!! I WILL BE CONTACTING RSPCA!!Wouldn't even give it one star if i didnt have to......!! Shop was absolutely filthy DIRTY.... APPARENTLY I'd turned up at cleaning time but could tell the shop wasn't well kept..... cages were disgusting and too many birds per cage..... massive bowls of food at the bottom could tell it wasn't changed daily.....birds all seemed distressed! Very upsetting..... I RESCUED my parrot from there and she is shining now she is home and being cared for properly !! Will be contacting animal welfare about this shop!!!Also.... photos taken of the parrots/birds are NOT taken in this shop!!

Well where do I start, I cannot fault the owner of this shop whatsoever, I bought a double yellow amazon and he is in perfect condition, very knowledgeable owner and answered all my questions too, I even got delivery the same day too, what else could I ask for, keep up the good work, I will be shopping with you again, thanks so much...... have added a pic now... this is a week later

We brought a Kakariki 3 and half months ago seemed healthy at the start and then it just died no reason we are all upset when u buy from here please take a bird expert as don't think the people here no what there talking about

First contacted this pet shop on Sunday 22nd August about an Indian ring neck, I asked lots of questions and asked for photos of several different Parrot types before we settled on our beautiful Alexandrine parrot who was delivered on Thursday 26th August, so polite throughout all of our exchanges, delivered our bird directly into our cage. Couldn't be happier with him, he's settled right into our family and is such a beautiful bird. Considering getting a friend for him in the future from the same shop! Would recommend!

Do not recommend. Seen an advert on preloved for a indian ring neck parrot which was advertised in Cardiff ( which they obviously wasn't) I got told it was around 6-7 months old which is a lie. Had it delivered which the parrot was in a small handmade carrier that wasn't even big enough for it to stand up straight in also travelled 3hrs plus on a back seat of a car. What kind of delivery service uses a car to transport birds in with no proper equipment. The guy on the phone told me that the parrot was coming from Cardiff when I spoke to him face to face he said travelled 3 hours plus. Please please please do your research on these con artists. They do not have the birds best interests at heart. My poor Indian ringneck got put through all that stress if I had known my IRN was going to travel that far I wouldnt have bothered because of the stress

Very Humble extremely professional I would recommend this bird shop very healthy birds and very clean place.I bought Alexandrian parrot very healthy bird. Prices are very reasonable as compare to other places across country

Travelled 3 hours from South West Wales, to purchase Indian Ring Neck parakeet last Sunday. Inside of shop not up to a very high standard.Bird was purchased and seemed fine until this morning Thursday, when it was found dead in the bottom of the cage (large new one bought especially.Have tried phoning repeatedly but cannot get to talk to anyone.I would therefore strongly recommend that you do not use this pet shop.

Brought a rosella parakeet 2 months ago. I have tried to contact the store with no reply impossible to get old of. My bird died yesterday for no reason. The after sales service is rubbish and while in the store there was too many birds in the cages.
