Great place to go! Love visiting my grandparents in their lovely little place! In the summer it is lovely and the beach is only a bus or car drive away!

Deer's eating all the rose's this is happening every year and nothing Berkeley's are doing about it they say they can't do anything about it so if you want a nice garden don't buy here

Like home from home as a member of my family lives here. Near a busy town and yet sat quietly at the end of many properties with rural views if on the back row. Would be idealic if there was not so much subsidence. Sadly my family members garden is disappearing rapidly and is prone to flooding from the farmers fields. Owners keep their properties very tidy and well presented where they can. Owners are quite limited to what they can and cannot do with their homes as very strict rules. Ideal retirement area if plenty of money.
