First Choice Car Sales

Geoff sold me a car which had a broken fuel pipe line and when i called to enact my 3 year’s warranty, he was very rude to me. Also said he would fix my AC but he didn’t.

Do not trust First Choice Car Sales, they are a untrustworthy, difficult and dishonest company. I bought a car, it was delivered late and then when it was delivered, on the first outing, less than 10 miles from home received engine overheating problem and was towed home on a tow truck!Since then I have been trying to get my money back, however, First Choice Car sales is breaking the law in refusing a refund as part of the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.Overall a very poor customer service, with complete disregard for the law and doing the right thing in these difficult times.I warn you not to deal with this sort of business, for you not to go through the same experience.

I have just collected my car from them today and I couldn't be happier. I had been to numerous places before I had found First Choice Car Sales and I am glad I choose them excellent customer service and so friendly. I am a student and had my car written off no fault of my own and they took all this into consideration and done me an amazing price on a car when other car salespeople where just terrible bad attitudes especially towards me as I was a young girl. First Choice Cars went above and beyond for me after the experience I have had and give me all the advice I needed they kept me up to date with the car up until I went to collect it they even stayed after closing to make sure I didn't have my car to be able to finally get to work independently. Outstanding in all aspects of my experience would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

It is not possible to give less than one star. If it were, I'd drop it to the lowest level possible.I bought a car in June that broke down in under 4 hours.Geoff tried to blame my friend who was driving it for putting the wrong fuel in (because she's a woman), not knowing I (an obviously more capable male) had filled the (diesel) car with premium diesel and had a receipt for it.He arranged for the car to be picked up on the Monday (two days later) and was told I needed it delivered to my place of work by close of business Tuesday. I called every day for an update, only to be told it's with the mechanic". No explanation or time frame was given. On the Thursday

SCAM ALERT!Geoff sold me a car with faults which became apparent as soon as I went above 50mph, he refused to take the car back within an hour of selling it to me. Had to threaten him with court action before he took the car back.The car had a full years MOT and faults that would lead to a fail, don't let a dodgy test certificate fool you into thinking a car is roadworthy from here.

So Geoff sold my pensioner parents a car and on the first day they drove it the steering locked, brakes cut out and they crashed. He gave them a 3 month warranty and he came to pick up the car and said he would fix it all. Then 3 days later my parents went to see him, they are ££££ down and no car he screamed at them, told them he'd lost the key and drove off. This is a CON man to the core not only selling broken cars but creating dodgy MOT certificates from the test centre at the back of his sales yard. I will be prosecuting this man. But for anyone entertaining the thought of using his services be WARNED he is NOT REPUTABLE and NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

I would not advise anybody to purchase a car from FIRST CHOICE CAR SALES. biggest mistake I made. I used them to purchase my first car, told there was no problems. After 2 months of driving the car the ball joint on wheel came off while I was driving it and drive shaft completely fell out. The owner shouts at customers over the phone and calls them a liar etc. So much more trouble than it is worth, please purchase your car anywhere else. I could have died as a result of the car sold to me by first choice car sales in the condition it was in. He also “does not believe in the AA” so that says a lot.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOIDIf I could give minus stars I would, Geoff comes across lovely initially until the sale is complete and you have issues with the car then you get nothing but excuses, delays, false promises and lies. I was assured all cars are serviced and MOTd by there in-house garage before they go on sale. My girlfriend was 4 months pregnant and just passed her test, her first car was from this company and she had it for just under 6 weeks and the engine blew on the motorway almost leading to a dangerous crash. Geoff took the car back to try and fix it with his in-house garage, he bought a new engine and resold it however it took him 12 months to give me a refund and even then it was only half of what I paid for it. I was nagging every week and month to to be fobbed off time and time again telling me he's in loads of debt and can't even afford the rent. I guarantee you that this company is not to be trusted, please read all the reviews before considering purchasing a vehicle, I wish I would have.

Bought A Peugeot 207 Of Stu last week.Had an issue with the exhaust section. Contacted Stu and He Reimbursed the Cost to put it right. Nice to deal with a straight Car DealerProbably Hang on To this Car for a couple of years see if Stu will give me a part exchange in the future.

Bought a car from first choice and it was an absolute bargain it drives like a new car and looks like one Geoff went out of his way to give us what we wanted I would recommend anyone to go here good value for money and a friendly helpful guy 5 stars from me
