Got BIAB nails done by Mia twice now and they've been perfect both times, will definitely be returning. Lasted a whole month as well!

Wow really impressed with the services and the experience.I have never been to Nail Salon that they offered cocktails too.

I booked an appointment and got confirmation that it was accepted by the salon. However when I came to get my nails done no one was there. I tried to call but no one picked up. I came all the way to centre and was just stood up. So I wasted my time, energy, money and my evening was ruined.Very unprofessional and unacceptable treatment from the staff.

Great nail shop. My nails stayed for a month and still looked good. Done by Mia, the best conversation and best service.

My nails were really lovely and well done. However I will not be returning. I booked an appointment for 2pm, showed up 10 minutes early but was not seen to until 2:40pm. I was sat waiting for 50 minutes for a booked appointment. The nail tech never apologised once. She didn’t even say hello to me and hardly spoke to me. But spent the majority of my appointment talking to her colleague and looking out the window. This means that my appointment took much longer than it needed to. I was in the nail salon for around 2 hours and 15 minutes in total. Very disappointed that there was no apology.

The only place I go to get my nails done in Newcastle. My BIAB looks amazing and Mia is so warm and friendly. I had my bridal nails done here and got so many compliments.

Excellent. This is the first time in a long time that getting my nails done has made me extremely happy. Execution was perfect and the service was great. Already booked my follow up appointment.
