For the last two Saturdays they have failed to deliver newspapers, 1st Saturday they refused to answer phoneThis Saturday a very negative person answed and told me the round was lateIt is 21.00 and still no sign of newspaperShocking service ,why lie ,if you have a problem tell the truth ,don't bullshite

Re paper delivery.Wrong paper delivered yet again and line busy from 8am and still at 10.57amRubbish customer service if unable to tell anyone.

Very poor customer service.Upon entering your store I was met by a short que of people waiting to be served. I joined the que and began to wait patiently.The woman on the till finished serving the people prior to me and so I took my place at the front.I just placed my electric key on the till and was about to ask for it to be topped up when the woman on the till completely ignored me to pick up the ringing phone.I was left waiting at the till for 5-10 mins whilst this lady discussed details of a lady’s paper round and began taking personal details. With 2 young tired children with me and a bus we was due to catch this was poor customer service.I think this is completely unacceptable. I had been waiting a long time to be served and I am a paying customer physically in front of your staff. I should have been priority. The phone call should have been left until she had completed serving people in the que. I could hear all the personal details of the lady on the phone as she was reading out her address and issues right in front of me.I took my electric and went elsewhere.I definalty will not be returning.Teach your staff some manners and how to treat customers properly and in order of priority.

Only a very small shop hut very useful and well located for newspapers, magazines, cigarettes, tobacco, chocolate, sweets, chilled drinks, lottery tickets etc.The staff are pleasant enough.
