Very happy with the exceptional service provided by YPE when I purchased my Bi fold doors, from when I visited their showroom in Sutton and was shown a very helpful demonstration and different choices available without being pushy, to having the quality doors installed professionally by their very competent tradesman.I would definitely recommend using YPE if looking for Bi fold doors.

Poorly fitted windows - drain holes full of sealant.Furniture on sash windows failed within 3 years and advised to contact another window firm to repair.Skylight glazing blown just out of warranty.No help from YPE despite multiple chasers.In response to your reply - yes it’s definitely the correct company I am posting review to.

The whole experience was great. We had some old bifold doors from another company that were broken and needed completely replacing. YPE were quick to respond to our initial enquiry, and soon after visited to measure up, coming back with the most competitive quote. The new doors were manufactured incredibly quickly, installation was super smooth, and the new doors are fantastic - better than what we had previously at almost half the price we paid for those. Everyone involved was an absolute pleasure to deal with - responsive and helpful at all times. We will absolutely be using YPE again based on this experience.

YPE installed new bi-fold doors and fitted a Spitfire front door for us, replacing old units. The service was excellent from start to finish - initial scoping, communication and installation - everything was really professional. The quality of the product and the fitting was really, really good and the price felt reasonable too, considering the quality. Massive thanks to Terry, Marie and the fitting team who made the whole experience a pleasure - recommend them highly.

We've just had new bifold doors, a side door and a couple of windows fitted by YPE and couldn't be happier. From the start Terry was infinitely patient with my many questions and changes of mind. When it came to arranging delivery Marie was extremely responsive, helpful and pleasant to deal with, and finally Kirk and the team who did an awesome job on the install.We looked at a few places to get the windows from but decided to go with YPE based on their reviews and i'm glad we did.

The team from YPE installed our balcony doors and they did a great job. Todor, Kristov, Fred and Stephen were all friendly and professional, left the flat in immaculate condition, and I simply can't fault the work they've done. Fantastic stuff - would reccomend this company to anyone. Clearly they know what they're doing.The office staff as well have been helpful and attentive - Terry the salesperson and Marie our rep have both been great. Thank you so much!

The entire process, from working with Terry and Marie to get the right doors to the survey with Dave, to Andy and Chad who installed them, was brilliant.It was not the easiest install but Andy and Chad sorted it without fuss.We are very happy and would not hesitate to use YPE Doors and Windows in the future.
